I rarely leave a review. Love this item. It’s smaller than I expected, but it’s super cute and works. If there isn’t a breeze, smoke does do the waterfall. It’s lotus. It has the tree and crystals. All significant. The coy are adorable too. I really love it

I really enjoy this waterfall incense burner because it is relaxing to look at. However, the scents provided are not really good and will be finding different scent cones going forward.

it is a really nice burner, the only reason why i gave it three stars is that i thought it was bigger, and the sent cones that were sent with it was absolutely terrible. they all smelled the same which makes me not want to light anymore until i get better scents

I had a problem with my order but then their customer service helped me out a lot. My mom loves seeing the smoke flow through the incense holder. I find it pretty mesmerizing as well! The incense also smells fine.

This thing came broken, hella disappointed in the quality. It wasn't even boxed up, it arrived in an envelope. Don't waste your time and money.

It looks super pretty . But the cones that come with are tall. Also where you are supposed to place the cone is tilted so it’s not quite flat and cones fall off super easy.

Beautiful, but much smaller than expected. Bought it in hopes of using it with the rest of my incense but it only fits the much smaller ones included. Even the cones overflow the fountain with smoke when halfway done.
