Purchased for football training. Not actually used much but good when we have done so.

Great price!Longer than expected & appears to be quite sturdy. I took it to a boot camp for everyone to use as part of the circuits and the trainer thought it was excellent!My classmates loved it too... It can be used for lots of different exercises -(not just agility drills )including a plank walk...Not been able to use it much since as had an injury but can't wait to try it out with more exercises once recovered!

Bit flimsy and gets tangled quickly but when it's laid out it does the job.

This activity ladder has really helped in my rehab following a fractured ankle. It’s easy to unpack and lay out. The tricky part is packing it away as it can easily get tangled if you’re not careful. I would recommend this ladder.

一年間ほど使用しました。主に週に2度ほど子供の自主練に使っておりましたが故障などなく現在もつかえております。

息子の剣道の自宅トレーニング用に購入。 早く足を動かすことを中心に使用。特に変わった足使いはしていませんが特に不自由はありません。 ラダー全体に言えることですがいったん収納して次に使用するときに絡まらない物が出ればいいのになあと思います。
