I have never tried monk fruit. Very expensive. Pure Erythritol as this one affects many people with a cold feeling in your mouth. It needs to be cut with another sweetener to break it down. I bought truvia, which is a mix of Erythritol & stevia & NO cold feeling for me at all. I found truvia the best. Hope this helps.
