Wow, these really strengthened and improved my weak nails! My nails were so soft and they used to split so easily, even after just getting caught on a towel or something minor. I kept my nails short to compensate but they would still split at the soonest sign of growing out. I did back-to-back gel manicures and it ruined my nails even moreso, so I thought I'd give these supplements a try and wowzas I'm impressed! It takes time to work - after one pack (30 days) I didn't really see any progress so I decided to give it up to 3 months before moving on.
