I own a bounce house company and I run blowers on these cords for up to 10-12 hours a day non-stop daily. Very thick and well insulated. I don’t trust any other cord especially around kids and water slides, I had different brands melt but not this one, i have 7 of these 50 footers for my 7 inflatables . Highly recommend and worth every penny .

Strong, visible and reliable

This extension cord is extremely heavy duty! It is very well made - not cheaply made. I use it for all of my outdoor equipment!

I needed a heavy duty extension cord for my pool pump. This has worked great! We will most likely be using this to charge our hybrid Prius as well.

What's to say? A tough, quality product. My only qualifier is that I didn't cut it open to verify if it's 10 gauge wire or whether it's solid copper, copper clad, or aluminum, but I'm not about to waste my money to find out. I'm just a little suspicious because 10 ft of 10 gauge wire should be able to handle 20 amps and it's only rated for 15 amps. Maybe it's in the connectors and they're only 12 gauge-I don't know. Anyway, use it for 15 amps max and you'll be fine.

The ground prong on the previous cord (same exact cord as this one) broke off after about a year of use. The price is good and I'll hope this one lasts a bit longer.

Bought this to reach an outdoor outlet to EV charge my Tesla and it works great. I connect the extension cord to my Tesla mobile connector and plug it into the car. It consistently draws 12A and the cord does not overheat or anything. If you're going to be using an extension cord for EV charging, it's recommended that you get at least a 12-gauge cord. This is even better at 10-gauge just for that added peace of mind that nothing will ever fritz out on the outlet you rely on to charge your car.Keep in mind that if you're using it outdoors and your outlets aren't weatherproofed with cover guards, your car might not charge when there's too much moisture outside or when it's raining/overcast. This is not the cord's fault, it's just that there's a built-in failsafe on the Tesla which won't draw power if it detects that there's too much moisture in the air around it. The mobile connector lights will flash red on the "T" part of the logo, which means it's not safe to draw power at the moment.

This item is expensive but worth it for the long run. I recommend it.
