Hi RogerIt has two height settings which adjust the angle of the footrest only (the front remains at the same height with either setting). The two heights are about 1cm difference but that does change the angle significantly.I hope that helps.Erika

Would this slip on a wooden floor?

I use it on a laminate floor and it slips

How do you adjust the height of this? I can adjust the angle by using slot S1 or S2 but would like it lower.

Sorry - I presumed there were only two heights. Mine is adjusted to the lower one.

Can this foot rest goes as low as 5cm off the ground level?

Yes, mine is 5 cm at the front and 10 cm at the back I have just a basic one, I can't alter any hight etc. Very sturdy, glad I bought it
