I was using Collagen capsules for a year now, I started to use Phyytoceramides as well 4-5 weeks ago. They did create a difference. I can see my face more youthful looking.When I started to use Collagen, my diet was more sugar, fast food and 2-3 glass of wine every night. Collagen did work but not much. Then 8 months ago, I changed my diet. No more sugar containing products, just 2-3 cookie per day. I drink alcohol only at the weekend, no more than 2 glass per day. No more fry food. As a result, I gave my liver time to heal itself and I can see the difference. Now I look, 10-15 years younger. Seriously, younger. Collagen and Phyytoceramides works perfect now.My advice to you, use this products, they really work but use them with a good diet. Don't eat readymade food, sugar or deep-fry food, they are harmful for your liver. If your liver does not work, nothing helps...

Pills are a bit big and taste a bit kack but there was a real difference in the way my skin retained moisture. The skin on my legs, often a bit dry on the shins ha completely gone so for that alone, worth taking.

Easy to take , nicely packaged!.. Have used a lot different Collegans prior to this and have completed 1st month yet not seen any real results with this one yet! Usually notice skin, hair nails improved before 3 weeks?! Im giving this ano 2 months and shall update my review!.. I am very genuine and fair in my reviews! I ve been drinking loads of water and I dont smoke and drinkv little alcohol so am a bit dissapointed atm but hope I'll notive progress soon!

Have previously bought collagen powder but found that it upset my stomach. I seem to be able to take these without side effects and they are easier to both store and administer than powder. Also despite claims that the powder “had no taste” I found it disgusting. These leave no aftertaste. I think my skin is slightly better but it’s early days so difficult to say with any certainty. I originally bought the powder for my joints. I know there are various types of collagen for various complaints. I am not sure what type this is so I don’t know if I can expect to see joint improvement or not. Whatever this is a good product which I can heartily endorse.

I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and my skin is definitely feeling firmer also the condition of my hair is so healthy and glossy and I've noticed my eyelashes seem to have more volume and length which I assume is due to these colleges capsules. Last but certainly not least I dislocated my knee 3 years ago and I'ts caused painful episodes that have interrupted my sleep ever since , my knee often buckled causing more pain but I can honestly say I've had no pain or buckling since I have been taking these capsules , I can run up the stairs again it's such a relief and I no longer have pain during the night . my nails are much stronger too , I seem to be experiencing all the benefits these capsules have to offer and I will continue to buy them. All in all I'm very impressed with the results , highly recommend them they really do work and such a nice price too .since trying these I've tried quite a few other collegan supplements including Holland and barrets marine collegan all of them expensive with no noticeable results. I tried these after reading the positive reviews. I didn't expect much at this price but I could really see and feel the difference with these they are quiite amazing. Quick delivery too. I will be buying these regularly from now they are the best I've tried by far .
