Wow, nice strong coffee
I bought this for my partner who likes strong coffee, and so far no matter the description he has been disappointed until this one. He is very impressed, will definately be buying again. A little pricey but nice treat.

At last! Well worth the wait
Having heard about Death Wish Coffee in the media and being a coffee freak, I contacted the manufacturer in America to see whether they planned to distribute in Britain but got a rather inocuous reply telling me very little so I felt a bit put out. However, I was pleasantly surprised on Christmas day when I opened a pack of Death Wish ground coffee beans in the distinctive black packaging with the skull and cross bones. I also received the Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker so read the instructions and made myself a cup of Death Wish coffee. Presuming that the strength of the coffee and it's claim to be the strongest in the world would mean a bitter or overpowering taste I took my first sip with a degree of trepidation. No need. Death Wish coffee has a beautiful, rich taste that belies it's strength. It is smooth but full bodied with a rather complex flavour that, first thing on a morning, is so very satisfying. In fact, I now use my Aeropress with Death Wish at least twice a day but could quite happily drink more. The only thing that stops me is the fact that drinking more than my two large cups (500ml mug) a day, I seriously doubt I would sleep at night. The claims of being the strongest coffee in the world aren't hype at all. My first cup gave me an almost immediate kick, I felt more alert and clear headed and followed up by a second mug, Death Wish primes me nicely before a twelve hour shift at work. This stuff is amazing and the fact it tastes so good is simply brilliant. I normally drink coffee from a Starbucks Verismo machine where I would spend maybe £12 on pods per week but, a little sadly, the Verismo is now relegated to the occasional cup when I want a coffee without the insomnia that Death Wish delivers.Since 25th December I have used Death Wish quite a lot making maybe three or four mugs per day and I have just had to order more from Amazon now. The Aeropress uses more coffee than you might in a cafetiere so I would expect you'd get more cups for your money if you prefer brewing your coffee that way. However, coupled with the Aeropress I would definitely say that not only is Death Wish the strongest coffee in the world but also the best tasting. It is now the preferred drink in our house to start the day and it will be a regular order from Amazon.Having tried strong coffee in restaurants, hotels, bars, Starbucks, Costa, bespoke coffee shops, etc I can honestly say Death Wish is the best and if you're a coffee lover who enjoys their coffee strong but delicious then you must try it. The only down side is, once you have tasted Death Wish, every other coffee suddenly lacks something; instant coffee becomes a decidedly cheap and nasty option making the Aeropress the perfect companion as it is portable and therefore can be used at work or away on holiday, negating the need to buy instant at all. I love Death Wish and I am sure you will too and with free delivery available on Amazon, click the buy it button and see for yourself.

I saw the warnings, and tried it anyway
I love a cup of coffee and I got a cafetiere for my birthday, and was excited to try lots of coffee - I did a bit of digging around, reading reviews on ground coffee and Death Wish kept popping up. Strongest in the world you say - I'm in.It was packaged in an ominous black box, with WARNING emblazoned on the side. As much as I'd love to staying up until 3am playing video games that was not what I had planned for my Tuesday night. I was up early to try the coffee, And opened the bag, gave it a whiff, and they weren't kidding, this is strong. It's quite a coarse grind. I let it brew for about 5 minutes and away we go.Somewhat expecting the Special Brew of the coffee world. It's a very deep, dark, aromatic cup of coffee. It's not bitter, but it definitely packs a punch. Something you have when you need to get 'stuff' done.I'm very happy with this purchase, and will certainly be picking up another bag!

This stuff is not for the faint hearted. You need an industrial strength pace maker to drink this stuff.I can say if you want the agility of a cat, but are anniversary eight make like me then buy it! Seriously is strong. I gave some to a mate, who seen flashes! He liked the kick but advised he'll never drink it again! Good stuff, I finished the pack.

Good coffee
Very strong coffee although it leaves a strange after taste in your mouth I used to have multiple cups of this a day and it is strong but I would not say the worlds strongest coffee although it is very smooth and has a nice aroma

You won't be falling asleep
Sometimes I don't notice any extra energy with certain brands of coffee. This almost gave me a rush, but I liked it. It's rich, bold, and incredibly smooth, with just the right amount of kick to get me going in the morning. To calm it down I usually add some butter and a touch of creamer. And let's talk about the aroma—it's absolutely intoxicating. The moment I open the bag, I'm hit with the most incredible scent that instantly wakes up my senses and puts a smile on my face. But it's not just about the flavor—it's also about the quality. I'm always on the hunt for more natural coffee and this seems to live up to that. Wish it were a tad cheaper, but that's the price you pay for good quality coffee.

Lives Up To It's Name
I can't remember where I first saw this coffee but I knew I had to try it. I am glad I finally did. I love coffee and have tried a number of different ones, some I have bought on Amazon. This one is definitely the real deal.It bills itself as the World's Strongest Coffee. I can tell you that they may be right. I normally drink Dark Roast coffee as a preference and I drink it black. French Dark Roast is my favourite. This IS NOT a French Dark Roast but is still not a bad tasting coffee. I expected it to be more bitter but maybe because I brew a pot using approximately 7 tablespoons of ground coffee, no matter what the blend, I didn't find it bitter at all.My first cup woke me right up. It didn't ring any bells but it got me going. No other blend has had that immediate impact on me first thing so I'd say it's on the mark for strongest coffee. The taste is ok. It's not bad at all but nothing over the top nor unique. I'll take a French Roast any day over it if I'm looking for that taste. The cost is a bit pricier than I would like to spend on the amount of coffee you get, 1 pound for $28 CDN I believe I paid. However, that it lived up to it's strength promise without any adverse effects (i.e. Feeling shaky or unable to sit down) given its strength, it's right on the money. In the end, if you are looking for a coffee to give you a morning edge after getting up, something you are no longer getting from your regular morning coffee, this is the stuff for you. Recommended!
