Yes, I have wall mounted. If you look at the photograph of it on a counter top you will see that the base end is rounded. The other end of the base is flat and this can be fixed to the wall. The handle therefore is parallel to the wall. I have put it in a corner for this reason to make it a little easier to lift in and out.

I want the cleaner to pick up cat litter which gets spread all over the place The cat litter is Bio catolet recycled paper will it do the job

if the litter pieces aren't bigger than the nozzle, it should be fine. I'm not using bio litter for my cat, but it does the job around the litter box.
