Does this come with the tube to reach the bottom of the bottle? The picture only shows the pump

yes it comes complete with the tube which you just put into the base of the pump, and it does reach the bottom of the bottle.

my pump will not fit on 1Litre plastic bottles why?

If you have a Monin pump, is it the one that fits 70cl bottles only? - you need the pump designed to fit 1 litre bottles. If you have a non-Monin pump, you need to buy a Monin pump.

Hi! i have received the 1l pump but it did not come with the dip tube. i cannot use it for a litte bottle. how can we resolve this?

There's two pumps that have same "top pump" that fit both the 1Ltr bottles as well as the 25cl syrup bottles as stated on the Monin website..... "MONIN 10ml portion pump for use with 1L PET and 25cl Monin syrup bottles only." Therefore, it appears Amazon are possibly (accidently) sending out the top pump for the 25cl bottles instead of the ones for the 1Ltr bottles - with the straw.

How do I complain about missing item in deluvery

We have a missing item too but when I input in return bit I can’t get any response from the seller! It won’t work in my litre pump as missing part!
