It was super easy to install and works like a charm, plus because it's fully hydro-mechanical I didn't have to worry about Japanese power standards being different from European ones.

It works so well and so easy to use..Now I have more room in the bathroom as the Bidet has been removed.It is so hygenic and very good Quality.Fixing was very easy if you are a DIYer otherwise will need a plmber.Recommended

The media could not be loaded.  First impressions of the bidet is it's made of cheap thin plastic, which is a disappointment, it does fit easily to UK 15mm pipework and toilet which was a concern for me. Took about 10 minutes to fit.I did use my own PTFE tape as the stuff that came in the kit seemed substandard and would be awkward to apply from the holder.My house is pressured water on all outlets the adjustments the bidet offers seem to be light spray and firehose and nothing in between.It does work and if it does break I may upgrade to something with better build quality in future but for now this is perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  I liked this product it is east to install without needing a professional plumber. All you need is just basic plumber tools. Do not forget to use plastic washer if existing pipe connections are installed without a washer. After each use, just be careful about pressing the middle button to prevent any possible leakage when not in use. Watch my video for this.

Easy to fit, works well

I liked the Idea of having a bidet and when I discovered these attachments I thought I would give it a try as they are very reasonably priced.It was pretty simple to fit with the right tools and there was only some minor spray in my face after I didn't put a sealing washer in before attaching it to the sistern.I now have a much more pleasant dumping experience with barely any wiping required.I have raved about this to friends and received some mockery for it but the saying goes, don't knock it til you've tried it!Highly recommend.Not sure what the winter experience will be like yet though.

You can see all buttons are turned off, but water constantly dripping. I don't understand why it is not turning off.

it is look good and easy to install and simple to use

I bought this product because I bought a different brand and it worked really well. However, this one is very loose at the head and the washer doesn't attach tightly. My whole bathroom leaked into my living room and it was a big mess.

Facile d'installation, efficace...seul bémol, la plaque déco qui se décollait et qui garde des traces d'eau

Il manque quelques centimètres pour laisser les tubes sortir completement , petit problème d'écoulement également, l'eau goutte en permanence dans les toilettes, c'est assez intéressant comme objet, mais à ne pas utiliser tout le temps , il y a que 2 fonctions et les mêmes, le 3 ème boutons envoi juste de l'eau dans la cuvette , inutile ...attention c'est juste de l'eau froide . Pour le prix c'est pratique mais de courte durée. Il vaut mieux une douchette .

Produit correct SAUF que, si l'arrivée d'eau est à droite de la chasse, le tuyau sera trop court ! 80 cm, il en manque 20. Et je ne suis pas le seul à déplorer ça. J'ai donc dû acheter un tuyau qui a lui seul coûte la moitié du prix de l'ensemble !
