READ THE INSTRUCTIONS I have read a lot of reviews here: "the flavour goes within 10 minutes", "I get a weird feeling in my throat", and "these do nothing for my cravings". Well, if you read the instructions, then you'll learn the idea is to keep the gum in your cheek and only chew it when your cravings get bad, then move it back to your cheek. Chew, Park, Repeat. I found that as an ex-smoker of 20 or more a day. you need to start on the 4mg. Personally I found 4mg them too strong, giving a much harsher burn. If I occasionally chewed 2x2mg, then I got a better hit of nicotine but a less harsh burn effect if I chewed and parked correctly. It's all about understanding and managing your cravings, I guess; I'm no expert, though! I've been using these a long time, probably longer than I should have, as I've grown addicted to the gum, but I'm no longer vaping or smoking, which must be better for my health! Would recommend these and weaning off them early on in your journey. The icy white ones have a nice flavour to them too.

These helped me quit the smokes! Useful things to know before purchase…. 1 gum at 2mg equates to about 2-3 smokes depending on brand so don’t get carried away. These aren’t like regular “chewing gum” and will cause irritation nausea and other unpleasantries if not used correctly so definitely worth reading the instructions before getting started. The flavouring of these feels somewhat addictive especially if used long term (not advised) I found that switching from these to the 2mg original really helped and I ended up only using 1 of those a day because there basically unflavoured and unappealing in comparison.

Am I crazy or did this stuff used to taste? Really really bad? This doesn't. It just tastes like normal minty gum, although the flavor wears off a little bit sooner than normal gum. Either way it works as well as you want it to work and doesn't taste terrible which is a bonus

Excellent, I have been using these for about 8 weeks now they are great. When I first stopped I used a mixture of these and the nicotine pouches as they come in higher mgs but now I generally just use these and only the pouches if I'm peed off. Nice taste, helped me to quit vaping
