Great value but beware they are really nice and very addictive you will be having loads more nicotine than smoking. I bought many packs of this type and I must say that the gum is relatively tasty and the nicotine is not so strong in taste, I bought several boxes, and I started with the gum 3 months ago and today I am free from cigarettes and have smoked for 50 days, it really helps and is very cheap and saves me a lot of money that I spent on cigarettes and I too I can breathe better, before the gums I used to smoke 10 cigarettes and within a few days I reduced the amount to 2 cigarettes until I stopped completely, I recommend to anyone who wants to stop smoking cigarettes or electronic cigarettes. I purchased the 4mg one. You will feel an extremely strong burning on your tongue/in your mouth, I recommend chewing, not swallowing your saliva and instead spitting it out. Keep chewing the gum and take small breaks by leaving it in your gums, then keep chewing until the burning goes away. After about 10 minutes, it will hit you and you will feel dizzy, euphoric, buzzed. I made the mistake of taking another after 30 minutes, do NOT do this, you will get the spins, bad anxiety and feel sick. Good product, you just need to know how to use it.
