where can i get a new lid mind split after a few weeks

bought 2 off these jugs use one time & the lid spit all round the side where do i get a replacement.

I would think the only chance was to go back to the original supplier. For myself I have used these jugs for many years and never had a split lid so it maybe just a bad one off and you were the unlucky owner! I have a large jug and a small one and I actually broke one jug myself - by cleaning it with boiling water!!! Hope you get a replacement.

Can you pour with the lid on.

Yes you can - it twists to close or open for pouring but I should point out that the closed position does not create a seal so water would still come out if spilt - the lid is very secure though so would not come off. Stores nicely in the fridge door shelves too. I have two and am very happy with them.

How does the 2ltr jug compare in size to a standard store brought 4 Pinter plastic jug? Thankyou :)
