great quality and price
Wasn't sure about this product at first, due to the price. If you look at alternatives, orthopedic memory foam cushions cost at least double for some reason.Glad I decided to buy this one in the end. The cushion has a very nice velvety zipped cover with a Royal Collection tag. We use a memory foam mattress for our bed, and both products feel the same so this is the real deal.What else is there to say? Quite comfy to sit on, even though I placed it on my office chair that already has a curved seat which is quite hard and gets uncomfortable after an hour or so. But that's not the case anymore.

Great for coccyx pain post childbirth
I got a bruised coccyx through childbirth and was struggling to sit down comfortably to breastfeed. I really wasn’t sure about this when it arrived because to a certain degree I still found sitting on it painful but it really did help, particularly when driving / a passenger in a car. My coccyx has now healed but I keep this in the car for long journeys to prevent discomfort. Good value and speedy delivery. Highly recommended

No two backsides seem to be the same...
This cushion has made no difference. After a few weeks of trying to use this cushion, I still have a painful coccyx, and now I also have a right royal pain in the ar** as well as I'm fifteen quid worse off. If anything, hanging my rear end over a raised cut out appears to put more pressure on my tail bone instead of less. Disappointing.

Does the job well and good value.
I have had this for 4 months and sit on it all day during the week so that I'm at the correct heigh at my desk - it's comfortable and I've not experienced it going flat over time like others have - very good value for what it is.

Purchased to make home working a bit more comfortable. Arrived promptly & does the job. Mildly irritating in that it's bright blue, not black as per description.

didnt do my sciatica anygood at all, as sitting down sets the pain off, so when using it to sit on, was very uncomfortable and the pain remained
