Only given the projector a pre-run so far, as too early yet to put Xmas decorations up, but from the trial run it was pretty amazing, shined quite brightly onto the house wall, also really easy to set up, can’t wait to set it up properly when all my other decorations go up, thinking of ordering another one of these projectors before Xmas as I was really pleased with the item

Great lights, they're fun, the snowflakes are subtle and look great on the outside of the house. The neighbours were all very impressed. The lighting is quite hardwearing too, we had some harsh winter weather, but the lights carried on working without any problems. The only issue in my view is that the power lead could do with being longer. This is meant for outdoor use after all and the cable needs to be kept in such a way that it's not a trip hazard. Luckily I was able to use a couple of extension leads so I could plug in the power cable for the lights just inside the front door and still allow just enough length for the lights to reach to the top of the house, with good width as well.

Excellent bit of kit for Christmas! I've tested it by cheekily directing it at a neighbour's house through the window and the effects are great! Surprisingly sharp picture for such a distance and large area; looking forward to setting it up nearer Christmas time. Assembles easily and feels sturdy. Can't ask for more at such a competitive price!

I always take a quick cheeky peek at a few reviews before purchasing anything, and even though there was the odd one star review, there were too many five star reviews from verified purchases for me not to take the plunge. Well that turned out to be a mistake. Maybe there are different versions of this, but I can assure you that the one I got has no use to us what so ever. Quite simply it is too dim to light up the outside of the house. Even if it was, I still fear for the lack of stars in my review, as the number of snow flakes active at any one time and the spread of them is extremely limited. They might possibly look okay on a small garage wall, but try and throw them at a house and they look pathetic. I tried them on the ceiling in the lounge to try and cut my losses, and although the snowflakes where clearer, there was another killer blow for me, that being the fact this is lights shining through a spinning disc. I know, I should have thought this through, but when was the last time you saw snow flakes float round and round in a circle?! So on top of the complete lack of brightness, the complete lack of authenticity makes this one for me to regret purchasing. All in all this was a lightening deal where I got well and truly struck down even at the knock down price.

I love these, so simple but effective. Great addition to Christmas decorations. Unfortunately worked well until today 4th January, 10 days and it’s now stopped working! :-(

I received the projector quickly and was pleased to find it had been well packed for shipping. The installation instructions were clear and it was simple to assemble the mounting bracket...the screws and rawlplugs were included too.The light works well in darkness and runs silently. The single colour (white light) looks good and I much prefer the look of it to the multi-coloured tacky looking ones that I've seen on some houses! As it's waterproof, it was simply a case of mounting it in a position where it could project onto a suitable surface whilst making sure that it was close enough to a power socket I could plug it in (noting that the plug/transformer is not waterproof).All in all, it's a great festive light for a reasonable price; I certainly be putting it out with all my Xmas decorations again next year :-)

Sorry but not overly impressed with this. If projector close to wall ok but doesn't cover a large space. The further away to cover top section of house not as effective. I gave this 2 stars because the casing and construction was good enough but quality of snowflakes from a short distance not very good otherwise it would just have 1 star.

A pretty addition to Christmas outdoor lighting.The instruction booklet recommends only running the projector for a four hour period max, so a timer was set so that this wasn't exceeded.The cable adequately reached inside our garage, where it was protected from the elements. The projector was sited about 6 feet high on the garage wall, which runs at a right angle to the house, and could be easily angled to display the circling 6 cool white snowflakes on the front of the house. The house was about 15 feet away from the projector. All that was needed for the installation was a little DIY nous, as the screws were included. Simple. There was some foul weather over the Christmas/New Year period, which the projector coped with. I found it best to draw the bedroom curtains, as this displayed the snowflakes to their best.
