Daforto Stevia Tablets, 500 Tablets

Tip: These fizz so leave for 20 secs to dissolve BEFORE adding milk to tea/coffee or you may get a powdery residue on top of your drink.I've been taking stevia tablets for 3+ years with my hot drinks and recently changed to these. One of the big supermarkets (starts with T) stopped selling their own brand ones so really pleased I went for these.I was specifically looking for stevia tablets that DON'T contain LACTOSE as many on the market do as the main ingredient. The sweetness is great - I'm using 1 tab instead of 1.5 or 2 tabs of the supermarket own brand I used before. Also I can't taste any aftertaste so these are much purer but I have been using Stevia for a few years now so perhaps I wouldn't notice the aftertaste now if there was any but they certainly aren't bitter.Just a word of advice: The dispenser is nothing special, you can refill other sweetener dispensers with these tablets (canderel, truvia, etc). The tablets are approx 4mm in diameter. I now wish I had opted to buy the better value 1000 pack tablets here on Amazon instead of going for this 500 tablet one with the dispenser included but know this for my next order. The dispenser you receive is pretty big too so not really easy to keep in your pocket.

This is a great product but the tablets take a little time to dissolve in my tea or coffee.

I gave this product 3 stars - because to be fair - I had never tried it before and I didn't want to be entirely negative. It does the job, but I find it is difficult to dissolve it in a cuppa, plus it leaves a taste in the mouth afterwards. Not for me - but then not everyone is the same.

I bought this product with some trepidation but it turned out that was misjudged. I have been using Hermesetas for years (20ish!) but wanted to get away from the chemically enhanced sweeteners. Now, whilst Hermesetas does NOT contain Aspartame, it does contain Sodium Saccharin which is an artificial sweetener. Stevia, on the other hand, does not contain these products and can be a good alternative. Do your research, look up Stevia and then look up Aspartame and Sodium Saccharin.Back to the product :). I found no aftertaste but yes, you have to wait a few seconds for it to dissolve but that's no hassle - I mean how quick do you need your drink :D ? One tablet is enough for me although in my opinion it wasn't as sweet as Hermesetas but that's no big deal.Price-wise, it's much more expensive than a lot of the alternatives but I would recommend you buy this product and then go here 'stevia-trade.com' where you can find Stevia refills for MUCH less than here on Amazon...just don't tell them.

Have tried this product in tea and in strong coffee, you can taste it every time. I tried this as it was a natural sweetner with no calories and I hate artificial sweetners. This has definitely promoted to me have sugar or nothing I cannot stand the flavour it leaves in my mouth. I got on the stevia track as I have managed to drink coke life which has this in and doesn't taste nearly as foul. What a waste of my money.

Not a patch on Daforto's Stevia Gold, which I normally buy, so this left me disappointed. My cup of coffee took about 4 of these tabs to equal the sweetness in a small quantity (tip of t-spoon) of Stevia Gold. The Gold is 98% Rebaudiosid A, making it sweeter with no bitterness; whereas these tabs are the opposite :-(I bought these to try, due to the novelty value of the dispenser, but wouldn't buy again. Shame they don't seem to do Gold tablets!

A recent study into sucralose revealed how bad it is, I had to finally find a healthy alternative. Stevia has always been an awkward sweetener for me. I've tried several different brands over the years, and all of them have made my coffee taste horrid.I took a gamble on this one as the reviews were rather favourable; and I'm glad that I did. There doesn't seem to be any aftertaste, and it doesn't taint my coffee either. They do take a bit longer to dissolve than sucralose tablets, but I'm prepared to wait. Although, I think the slowed dissolve might be because I also add milk before the coffee (please don't judge me), so the milk may be coating the tablet and slowing down the process.

Quite good price for 500 tablets.I wasn't sure if I can buy big refill pack, but those tablets fits well into my other stevia container (truvia).Dissolving as other stevia tablets, it's not a sweetener to sizzling around like crazy. I'm stirring my cuppa anyway, so no issues here.

Muy buen producto no entiendo la gente que dice que es caro el precio lo pone si a alguien le parece caro basta con que no lo compre.!!!

Non va bene per il caffe perchè ne dissolve la crema in 10 secondi, trasforma un espresso in caffe della moka.Per quanto riguarda il sapore lascia un retrogusto di liquirizia che altera il gusto.Vi invito a modificare le descrizione.

Me llegó a su debido tiempo. Estoy encantada porque es casi todo stevia un 98% así que es dulce y además se disuelve bastante bien. Me alegro de haberla comprado y la volveré a comprar.

Es un producto con mucho porcentaje natural de ESTEVIA. Nada de la información en Castellano, y no muy precisa.Tarda un mundo en deshacerse,lo pones en el café y se enfría dándole vueltas, y las pastillitas siguen y siguen.Parecen comprimidos efervescentes.Una castaña de producto. El precio no es barato,no lo comprare nunca mas..
