OSRAM 2825YE-02B LEDriving LED Retrofit Amber Interior Lights Amber 2000K, Double Blister

(Ford Focus Mk2) These are some good bits of kit from OSRAM. I was initially slightly wary about paying £15 quid for a couple of LEDs, especially as they are only to replace my sidelights; I have no regrets. The finish of these lights are good quality. Unlike the bulk made China bulbs you can get left right and centre on both Amazon and Ebay, this offering from OSRAM feels well made. They are fully plastic, and there is a transparent but frosted covering over the LED chip itself to disperse the light produced. Installation was a breeze with polarity not being an issue thanks to the design. For me at least, the installation consisted of literally a straight replacement from halogen to LED. No errors or warnings of any kind - they just work. The colour of the light from these lights is great too. They aren't yellow, but they're not pure white either - a nice balance between the two. There also doesn't seem to be any blueish tinge which made me happy, as I don't like that. They are a huge improvement over my old halogens which were basically a waste of time. I've had a test drive behind my partner in a separate vehicle and there is no glare at all, just better presence on the road. For me these LEDs have changed my barely visible halogen sidelights into what are essentially very useful manual DRLs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their halogen sidelights.

Works really well, transforming my weedy Orange, distinctly 1990's style, bulbs in to a much more modern style. The colour is White and doesn't look like the Blue ones used on cheap lowered BMW's with overly bassy stereos. The bulb emits much more light than standard and could be perceived as safer as a result. My only problem was, I had just these side lights on, In my garage, at dusk and I absent mindedly mistook the high emittance for the headlights. I drove off without my headlights on but the light was so bright no-one noticed. Fitting these, depending on your application, can be awkward because the bulb is so small, it is easy to accidentally touch the bulb. Just wipe the bulb with meths if you do, the oils from your hand can shorten the life dramatically.

Five stars because they are so much better than all the others out there. These are well made, cast a nice bright and diffuse light, are very efficient, run cool, and should last for years. Good replacement for 5W interior lamps if you want a brighter looking whiter light. The 4000K doesn't quite reveal the colour balance - it's not quite a neutral 4000K. It has hints of pinks and other colours in the mix, but overall a pleasing white-ish colour. For (unauthorised) use as sidelights they wont quite match the (also slightly coloured) appearance of 4300K original equipment HID headlamps, but they're closer than anything else I've seen and would look much nicer than using regular filament lamps, blue vision type coated filament lamps, or any of the other not-strictly legal LEDs that are usually way too yellow at 3000K or way two blue/violet 5000-7000K. They may not meet Construction and Use Legislation but would be unlikely to fail an MOT as things stand.

Normal sidelight bulbs seem to fail to quickly and look a bit yellow so I have hunted around and came across these, if they last 5 years it will be money well spent. I am using these for front sidelights although technically your not suppose to (expensive modern cars have HIDS that blind you but thats ok!!!), if I ever get challenged about them I will tell the person to go get a life, if they have nothing better to do than worry about my sidelight bulbs they need to take a long hard look at themselves! I have them fitted for a few weeks now and every time I put them on and see the bright white reflection on the garage door I think yeah money well spent. They are nice and bright and a whiter light than normal bulbs, consume less power and potentially last a lot longer than regular bulbs, a win/win situation I think so I recommend these bulbs and give them 5 stars :-)

I can't fault these bulbs at all: they're bright, provide nice warm white light that gives my car a modern look. They are built to last, you can tell that even by looking at the pictures: quality item. The only gripe I have with them, is that they come without the built-in ballasts, and this causes them to trigger a dashboard error on some higher-end cars, which actively check for blown bulbs upon engine start, due to the fact that LEDs require less power to run than the filament bulbs. If OSRAM will ever upgrade these bulbs, I'll be sure to buy the upgrade kit straight away, as I haven't seen better LEDs for neither sidelights or interior lights (vanity lights, footwells, etc). They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

These bulbs are fantastic. I first used them on my 57 plate Xsara Picasso. I wanted to just modernise it a bit and changed many exterior and the interior lights with these LED bulbs. They are so much coller running and burnt my finger on one of the old ones pulling it out. I now have a new C4 Grand Picasso and the first thing I did was buy another load of these for the new car. I have used them now also on the rear license plate lights, the door mirror down lights and all the interior lights. They say they are warm white, but they are not as warm as you'd expect, so be warned on that. But I love the crisp bright light they give off and don't affect any of the camber controls saying lights not working etc. I know they are not cheap, but don't waste your money on other inferior brands, I did, wish I'd just bought these in the beginning.

Avevo letto tante recensioni sul fatto che non emetteva luce blu. Mi chiedo se controlliate bene il prodotto prima di acquistare perchè è facile confondere il cool white avendo la stessa scatola nella foto. Questo è un Ice Blue a led ed è blu esattamente come la tonalità blu delle luci interne del cruscotto della Yaris Hybrid. Decisamente perfetto.. l'effetto che cercavo. Consegna precisa e soldi ben spesi

Prodotto eccellente, luce bianca calda/naturale, direi quasi neutra senza tendenze all'azzurro "lunare" o al giallo intenso. Le lampadine Led T10 W5W le ho montate con facilità come luci di cortesia anteriori dell'abitacolo su Kia Sportage (allestimento Cool My 2014) ; risultato magnifico: giusta l'intensità e perfetta la tonalità luminosa, consumi bassissimi (solo 1w), nessun segnale d'errore su Kia se utilizzate come luci interne, nessun riscaldamento eccessivo (a differenza delle alogene d'origine). In principio avevo montato le T10 W5W della Philips, anche loro da 4000K, ma con un colore leggermente più freddo, quasi lunare ; le ho sostituite con le Osram soprattutto perché rimanevano fiocamente accese anche a luci spente, cosa che mi dava fastidio e per paura che influissero sulle prestazioni e sulla durata della batteria. Le Philips le ho riutilizzate come luci di posizione su una vecchia utilitaria con risultato eccellente, niente da obbiettare, ottime per questo utilizzo e anche loro promosse a pieni voti 👍 Valutate da soli attraverso le foto allegate le differenze tra i vari prodotti. Il prezzo elevato rispetto ai prodotti concorrenti made in Cina è giustificato dall'alta qualità manifatturiera e dalla lunga durata (Osram offre 6 anni di garanzia, vedremo la durata). Consiglio: non perdete tempo in lampadine led meno costose che in realtà non sono mai come descritte negli annunci on-line, quelli SI che sono soldi sprecati; fidatevi di uno che ne ha già provate (e buttate) una decina tra luci al led di vari formati vendute come "luci di colore bianco neutro" con centinaia di "fanta-lumen" che invece risultano azzurrognole, pacchiane, di una luminosità fastidiosa ed a volte accecante, di manifattura scadente, che si surriscaldano pur essendo a led e che soprattutto durano poco. In breve : acquisto super-consigliato !!!! 👍 Grazie 😊

Good led bulbs

Product is good. I install in my motercycle. Brightness is good. I want one led...but compulsion two piece in pack ...and I thing product is over price I order 650₹ . But it's ok no problem. Any one buy one bulb...can contact me. My email :- [email protected]
