This stuff is fantastic for any beverage that needs to be sweeter. I'm sure there are other uses, but I love it for tea. When I first bought it, I wondered where the honey was from. According to the package, the "Country of origin" is Wisconsin.

Any way we can make our sweetener more healthful, this should be a priority. This is a big easily resealable heavy bag filled with 2# of honey crystals. Makes tea and iced tea and everything better.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bag for this price. It’s exactly like any other crystallized honey granules I have bought in the past.

I like the product, but the bag came with a slice in it.

I don't go to coffee shops, because my homemade coffee setup makes a superior cup. A grinder, decent beans, a cone for pour-over, and an electric milk frother are all I need for a poor-person's "latte" (really, a cafe au lait). These honey crystals, though, are the crowning touch. Sprinkled on my milk foam, they melt halfway and create a luscious semi-crystallized crust, almost like a creme-brulee. It is divine. To be clear, these crystals are not 100% honey, but a honey/sugar mixture. A very little (1/8 tsp) goes a long way on a latte. Superb.

Taste is good, I like that the granules melts fast.

I love this stuff...it dissolves great in my tea and has great flavour.
