Q: what is the length of this cover?

The length of the cover is about 120cms by 52cms. I needed to trim it down to 115cms to fit my board.

Q: My iron board is not as big as the dimen shown .Does it have a string adjustment on it to adjust it to the size of your board ?? Ex . 122 x 41 cm

Yes there is a drawstring to tighten the cover over your ironing board.

Q: Is this elasticated or drawstring? Will it fit a 45cm board?

Hi - yes should do, I think mine is that wide. It's drawstring, which was a bit fiddly to fit but I'm really pleased with it. Thanks.

The felt directly under the cover. It does fit very well believe me.
