Great book.

This book is a wonderful resource for how to use the oils in Young Living's Premium Starter Kit. Sarah starts off by explaining how oils are the bridge to natural health. She shares her story of how she got turned onto oils and the value of paying attention to a toxic free life. She shares information about reading labels and how this will help you make good choices about fats, sugars, and food. She explains a lot about the dangerous chemicals that are on the market today and how using oils and supplements will help you live a safer non-toxic life. She explains how to safely use oils and how to use them aromatically, topically, and internally. She provides lists of ways to use the 11 oils in the starter kit, and she provides numerous resources to consult for more information. This includes recipes, blogs, books, movies, publishing companies, websites, and ways to research topics online. I'm convinced that this book will really help those Young Living members who bought kits but have barely used them. It could even motivate people to become members simply by explaining the value of living a life of oils. Sarah also explains Essential Rewards at the end of the book so people will better understand the value of joining Essential Rewards. One of my favorite parts is her 10 challenges that coincide with all of the information she shares. It gives readers a chance to try her advice. This is a great resource for newbies as well as those of us who have been involved in oils for a while. This is definitely a wonderful how to book enhanced by intelligent information about why we should all be using oils.

This book was recommended to me and after reading it, I do to. If I had any doubts about a clean living lifestyle infused with essential oils, Sarah puts them to rest. She invites you onto her own journey that leaves you curious and so grateful for Mother Nature’s gifts, and absolutely fearless of diving in with oils and sharing the love.

This book is packed with so much great info. It’s an easy read and a must for a new Oiler!
