Nice and comfortable, sturdy boots, nothing I don’t like

I really liked the quality and price was good enough to buy. Recommended.

My first Helly Hanson boot have been a huge disappointment. Initially the right boot pinched slightly at my little toe however that eased off after a few weeks of discomfort.These are good looking boots and I really wanted to like them, but they have several serious issues that in one case makes them downright dangerous.The biggest issue with the boots is the sole. It has “Pro Grade Rubber” stamped on the heel which is completely meaningless. Whatever grade it is, it’s far too dense which makes these boots treacherous on smooth wet surfaces. Damp slabs that I’ve walked on for years without issue were made dangerous by these boots. But where these boots really let me down was on icy surfaces where I could not safely use them. Swapping back to an old pair of MilTec squad boots gave me much more traction.The laces are another weak point, they seem to be slightly elasticated which makes them tricky to tighten. They’re coming apart where they pass though the eyelets and showing the inner pink cord. I don’t think they’ll break any time soon, but they don’t look too clever.In terms of comfort, they could be better. I suspect the firm sole doesn’t help shock absorption. These boots are a slim fit, so I don’t think there’s enough space to add an insole. Hopefully these will break in a little more, given time.On the plus side, they are warm, light and decent looking. But I wouldn’t buy them again.

Seems very good for the price

They look great and are very comfortable. But the grip is non existent. I'm actually going to have to get them re-soled as there quite dangerous even on slightly wet tarmac. Very poor.

For casual and hiking! Very comfortable. The style is top of the line. I bought blue and honey wheat colors. They are so awesome that I just bought a black pair for my Christmas gift to myself. Now red I would buy too. These shoes not cheap but the quality and comfortability are so worth it. I haven't found red yet.Hello!

Chaussures trés confortables à porter, compactes, légères et surtout imperméables. Pour les balades urbaines, la marche, trés bonne accroche sur terrains durs. La couleur est top, un rien habillée. Attention, ce ne sont pas des chaussures de randonnée mais très bien adaptées pour les balades.

Bequem, sieht super aus und wetterfest

Les chaussures sont vraiment très sympa, de bonne qualité. Mais je ne les porte plus les jours de pluie. Dès que le bitume est mouillé, ces chaussures n'ont plus aucune adhérence. Après plusieurs grand écart j'ai fini par les laisser les jours de pluie. Et si je me fais attraper par la météo, alors je marche à 2 à l'heure. Très problématique.
