Virkon S Disinfectant Sachet, 50 g

Love this virkon, the ratio is 1:100 so in a 500ml bottle you get 10 bottles out of it!.The cleaning power isn't great, as in I trust it kills bacteria but its rubbish at lifting up grease/dirt. So this is for practical use only, don't swap this for your home cleaner - but like I said its not designed for that so a star isn't penalised.Postage and packaging was good, my only issue is that the packaging comes in a packet like shown in the image. But if you dont want to use it all at once, then you need a proper contained to store it in as the package is not re-doable or durable once opened.

The powder dissolved easily in water. The resulting pink liquid has little or no scent. The solution changes to clear over time as it deteriorates. I can’t comment on efficacy but it is widely used as a surface cleanser and bactericidal spray by farmers and for passing the New Zealand agricultural importation of potentially unsafe objects such as boots, tents and tools.

Used this off and on over the years but be careful it goes pink, ideal for mould or livestock kennels with things like ring worm, not on animals only cleaning,

THE VIRKRON IS A VERY GOOD CLEANER, IT DID EXACTLY AS I REQUIRED IT TO DO. AND COMES IN AN EASY TO OPEN PACKET WHICH IS WATERPROOF SO IT DOES NOT COME A SOLID MESS, BUT STAYS IN A POWDER FORM.
