Tasty added to eggs, sandwiches etc. Never tried it before and all I can say is it is absolutely cheesy in flavour. Large bag and a little goes a long way so I will have to get more ideas what to use it on. Pleased it is a great source of B12

I sometimes buy other nutritional yeast but always come back to this. It has B12, a nice umami and creamy flavour and makes a lot of dishes shine.

I was deeply disappointed with the item when I saw the date. As a result, only 3 stars. However I had opened the packet prior to seeing the expiry date. I hadn't tried it though. A refund was quickly and efficiently supplied by Amazon. Many thanks Amazon.As I have decided to leave a review, I felt that I at least needed to taste it, since there's a star question above on flavour. A small taster was enough to be able to say that the flavour is very pleasant, although a little mild with a hint of cheese, however the flakes are wonderfully crisp and crunchy, seriously yummy. The milder flavour may be the result of the date, but possibly the flavour increases once added to food. I'm sure these flakes will enhance anything they are mixed with without overpowering the food or drink. They dissolved very easily in the mouth. I will re-order with the hope hope of receiving an appropriate sell by date My usual purchase is Braggs (American) and they give much more information on what is NOT contained in the nutritional yeast. Useful. Their BBF date is 23/04/2022. Can't really comment about that timeline in connection with this Whole Earth packet, The product is made in Estonia and is Non GMO.

I am amazed by how good and healthy this product is! I am buying again for sure when i finish this bag. You can use these flakes to add flavour just about for any dish. For the veggies lovers out there and not just for them do try some cauliflower popcorn: wash the cauliflower and rip it in small pieces (or cut it), add a sprinkle of: salt, sweet paprika, 1-2 spoons of melted butter (or rapeseed oil or olive oil) and about 2 full spoons of yeast flakes (for a small cauliflower). I don't eat any more regular popcorn since I found the recipe and I really hope you can try these flakes with other recipes as well as they are amazingly healthy and tasteful.

I decided to try this after dismissing it for ages. I understood the benefits as a supplement, but was tired of wasting money on things that promised to taste a certain way - but didn’t. I’m a real cheese lover, and was prepared to be disappointed. Anyway … it’s actually like a sprinkling of cheese on whatever you add it to. Maybe not mature cheddar, but very palatable. I’ve sprinkled it onto eggs, soup, salads, and it’s tasty! Like a dried cheese, grated. I will continue to use it, and hope it adds nutritional value to my snacks.

I love this stuff and use it on loads of things where I would normally use cheese. Great on pasta, salads, soups or in sarnies etc.

Nothing wrong with the product, just didn't live up to my expectations. Good, if you're familiar with the product, resealable package.
