Well worth it
Well worth it. This product is worth every single penny. My cat loves the treatment he gets from it. He has improved slightly with his leg so I'm assuming it's doing something on some level.

Useful addition or alternative to some medication
Healed LED Wrap (Small) - Infrared & Red Light Therapy for Dogs, Cats & Rabbits I Non-Invasive Pain Relief for Stiffness, Immobility and Joint Pain I Pet Calming Anxiety Relief - 8.5x21x3cmFostering dogs and cats we have gotten used to a wide variety of personalities that come through our doors. From the shut down and timid pups and kittens to the ones that all boisterous balls of energy. Whatever the case may be they always seem to get themselves into trouble somehow, so we keep a canine/feline first aid kid on hand at all times. This LED wrap has been a recent addition and we have been glad for it. Infrared and Red light therapy has shown great results when treating aches and pains in humans and pets alike. The gentle heating promotes circulation which can help the affected area heal much faster than if it were unaided. The wrap is easy to use and can be position in a variety of places on your small dogs or cats body depending on where the pains are. Though of course, you couldn't strap it around their back or waist. We have successfully used it on the equivalent of wrists/elbows and shoulders all without much fuss.It is exceptionally useful for patients who are more than a little hesitant to use medication, no matter how hard you try to hide it and make it appetizing for them. This way they won't have to go through whatever is ailing them completely unaided.

A bit on the small size even for my small dog
I have heard good things about this type of therapy and given that my dog has in the past broken his leg and more recently his pelvis I thought it would be a good opportunity to try and see if he would reap any benefit from the light therapy! The strap is very small with 2 Velcro straps for fastening, but it is well-made and also appears very robust. My dog did not display any discomfort when using as the lights only produce warm and not hot heat!Firstly, I would like to say that my dog is small and weighs around 4kg and even with him being this small it was only useful on his lower leg and any further up I had to hold it in place. We have persevered and we have used a few times with him laying quietly and calmly on the sofa as if he squirms or moves it falls down. The only way I can use on his pelvis is to just lay it flat and wrap a bandage around him to keep it insitu on his pelvis whilst he has the 15-minute treatment.I can't honestly say at the moment that he has reaped any benefit as he still has the odd bunny hop indicating that he still has some discomfort, but not pain, but it is early days after all!I will continue to persevere and will update if there is any improvement.Given how small it is I can't see it being useful on any but a small animalI hope you found my review helpful

My dog likes this
The media could not be loaded. My Shih Tzu likes this. The velcro strap is too small and limiting for him but he wears a thunder shirt and I place the red light gadget inside his thunder shirr for a few treatments. When he approves, he is very vocal and will start making grunting noises, which he does all the time when using this, which is how I know he likes it.Sometimes I will just place it on his body while he lies there. If needed, I would find my own velcro wrap to hold it in place as it is small and effective. It seems to be relaxing for him. He has skin allergies which is what I use it for and muscle aches.

It works with time
"Long Story Short"It is small device that will help with infra-red lightAs we all know, light has a magic healing function and different wave lengths heal different things.I can assure you that this device may not heal your pet from all pain related issues but it will bring some remedy and ease the pain to some level. This device can be wrapped around pets leg or simply applied by hand.It may take days or several sessions but it will help.I wouldn't use this as remedy to pets pain and consult first with vet if your loved pet need assisting medicine on top of this light therapy. This device will relax muscles and ease the pain to some degree.Good quality device and worth trying.Value for money 10 out of 10

Highly versatile and efficient for healing injuries faster!
My dog is of old age now and it is quite upsetting to see that he has some pain when running because of weakening joints. I have been using this red LED wrap by Healed on his joints for the past month now and it ahs seemed to make some difference. Sure, he isn't suddenly superman (or superdog) all of a sudden, but it is quite evident the benefits it has had on his wellbeing. This product is safe to use on all animals and I even tried it out on myself recently with good results. As someone who does a lot of boxing, I injured my shoulder and it felt sprained for quite a while. I applied this on there every night before bed and I would wake up the next day feeling a lot better with less pain and restriction. The red light creates a warm sensation when in use and is safe for the skin, even if you have eczema like me. Overall, 5 stars and well worth the money!!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

No idea if it actually works as two cats refuse to keep it on.
We are talking about two of the sweetest and most loving temperament cats you could imagine, both of them are getting on a bit so we thought just to relieve their aches and pains this would be nice.We charged it up and very carefully tried it on just over the back leg and although Smokey kept it on the longest it was still off again in less than two minutes, we have tried numerous times with both of them over the last few weeks and they clearly do not believe in it as they refuse to keep it on.It may work and it may be brilliant but until we can try it on a more willing patient, we shall have to reserve judgement and give it a middle range review, sorry we could not help more.

It's Not Helping My Dog, But It's Helping Me
My little -- 138lb -- Bullmastiff, Buck, has a benign growth on his right front leg and I wanted to see if this would help with any pain that it's causing. I don't have the $1000 to have it removed.HeaLED specifically states that it's for small dogs, but I had to give it try. Being a Doggy Daddy I do whatever I can.Of course, the straps were too small for Buck, and I knew that I was going to have to do something else to keep the unit in place.I tried a few things, but being a big dog, Buck, just shook everything off that I tried. So, I waited until he slept, napped or was next to me.While he was sleeping, I put a pillow next to his leg and put the HeaLED on top and/or to the side of it to hold it in place. When he was next to me, I just held it place with my hand. Sometimes, I just got lucky, and it stayed in place without the pillow: see picture. It was dependent on Buck's position.I tried it on Buck 2-3 times a day for 27 days and it didn't seem to help him.I suffer from lower back and neck pain, so when I woke up in the middle of the night with my lower back hurting, I put the HeaLED on my lower back and fell back asleep in about 30 minutes: very quick for me. When I woke up, I wasn't in as much pain as I normally wake up in. I think that I would have kept sleeping if I didn't have to use the bathroom. It did the same thing for neck pain.I've used it for 3 nights with similar results.Obviously, I'm a little confused about how to review the results. So, for Buck, since I can't ask him questions and he doesn't seem to be better, uh, 2 stars? For me, 4.5 stars.A total of 3.5 stars?Healed Pets, if this is unfair, or would cause you legal problems by me offering the information that HeaLED is helping me, please contact me directly with your thoughts.

Mixed feelings
I'm familiar with red light therapy and I've been using a product for myself with good results, so I was hopeful that this would work on my small toy poodle. I know the measurements are given in one of the photos, but I was so excited to try this that I completely missed the length of the velcro straps. So I'm bummed that it won't work as I had hoped. She is 12 and has back problems which cause both of her back legs to shake when standing or in an awkward position. I wanted the small light patch to sit on top of her back, hoping that the velcro would wrap around her stomach to hold it in place. Not even close. When they show pics of this being used on a leg, it's because the straps are really, really short. So I've spent a few weeks holding this up against her back for 10 minutes a day while she naps next to me. She probably prefers this method, although I'd prefer to wrap it around her for fuller contact against her back. Results? The jury is out. She tolerates her treatment well, but I've not noticed an improvement in the shaking from the nerves in her back. She only seems to be in pain during her rare flare-ups, so I can't really comment on pain relief since it's not applicable and I'd only be guessing. But I do believe in red light and infrared therapy, so I will continue this as long as she tolerates it because it's certainly not hurting her.The size of the red light area and pad is suitable for a small dog, but it really needs a secondary long velcro band that could be used to secure around the animal to treat other areas such as the back, neck, stomach, etc. Using this on a small dog or cat's leg actually seems a bit large, at least for my 8 pound baby.Overall, it appears to be good quality and it's well tolerated with no side effects. But for the price of almost $65, I wish I could use it without having to hold it in place. The size of the treatment pad versus the strap length should be revisited so it can be used for multiple injuries.

Small is tiny and limited for 20-25 lb dog
I have a 16 year old dachshund who I’m sure has arthritis and did have a past spine injury. As he’s gotten older, I will try anything to give him comfort in his senior years. I am not familiar with light therapy, but the product description sounded like something worth trying. Dachshunds are pretty small, but the small size is very limited. Seems better to start bigger and work with it cause the small is tiny. With this size, you have to hold in place, so evenings work best when we are all relaxing on the couch. The device charges pretty quickly. There is no heat, so can’t tell if it’s working. My dog isn’t more relaxed than he normally is. I tried putting on my wrist and didn’t feel much. I think I felt a slight tingle but honestly felt I was looking for anything. Directions state to do this multiple times a day, so involves commitment. Honestly can’t say whether this is working or not, and that’s concerning at this price, but devices of this nature will be in this price range. I will continue to use because it doesn’t seem to hurt my dog and if it’s helping at all, it’s worth it.

I think it works
I got this for my mom because she has an older dog. I do believe it works but I'm not 100% sure.

Red Light Therapy for Pets!
I am an avid user of red light therapy and truly believe in all the benefits. I personally own a large LED/NIR panel and have seen the benefits, so why not try it on my cats. I can't speak for them, but I am sure it works on their little bodies if it can work on humans. 4 stars because it's not something they really want to wear. Im sure it is easier on dogs.
