Q: Can we use it like a real bag?

You can use it as a real bag. I use mine often. But can't fit a massive amount of things inside.

Q: Is this the original bag that came with the hero edition of Infamous 2 or a recreation?

It's a slight recreation. I bought this one after my original's slingstrap broke :( and the material is different than the ones that came with the Hero edition. Otherwise, it does look exactly the same in terms of the Sly Cooper patch, etc. Though just should mention the orange colouring seems a little darker too.
