Never thought I’d write one of these
I genuinely never thought I’d write one of these but I made a deal with myself that in the event something good came from it I would share that. I was diagnosed with lean PCOS at 21 years old (I’m now 33). I’ve had wacky periods for as long as I can remember. Of course I did manage to improve this in spades when I threw out the birth control pills that the doctor said was my only option at the time. I started tracking bbt and looking closely at my diet, incorporated fasting and upped my exercise. About 18 months ago I started taking folic acid then when my fiancé and I decided we wanted to try for a baby and started the pregnacare. Nothing followed by more nothing followed by more nothing and so on. I’d found conceive plus a few months ago but was put off by the price so I carried on with the pregnacare but did buy conceive plus lubricant. It was certainly nicer to use if nothing else! Last month after having a hellish 2ww that mimicked all the signs of being pregnant and then having Mother Nature laugh and say “oh silly girl no!” I thought, screw it, there’s nothing to lose here, I bought a bottle of conceive plus fertility support. With limited expectations I took them. Within a week I noticed my bbt temperatures had evened out with no excessive dips or rises (cue surprise #1). Following week noticed other more obvious signs of impending ovulation (surprise #2 it had never been THAT obvious before). Then surprise #3... 6 positives tests starting on 9DPO (or 13, bbt app thinks I ovulated later - I disagree! 😂). A lovely albeit shocking and fascinating surprise on our 12 year anniversary. 26 days to conception, 32 days to a positive test. And to be truthful I had a gut feeling it had worked before my first packet had run out, the backache was new and just “felt” different. However I’m going to take them for another month or so as they seem to be helping keep the progesterone up (sadly miscarriage is a sizeable factor in my family so perhaps this might help mitigate that. We’ll see!) Now obviously they don’t work for everyone, like everything else that’s just a fact of life. I read the reviews pretty thoroughly before buying and what I’ve observed is that it seems to help those with existing fertility issues in evening things out. I would hazard a guess that’s the work of the inositol. But certainly helpful for those of us starting a few paces behind the rest! P.s I still haven’t processed this, I keep having to look at the tests to remind myself they’re real

2 months and pregnant!
I was only taking this and the concieve ovulation supplements for around 2 months and now I'm pregnant after 11 years since we had our son. I have PCOS. I've also lost over 6 stone but I believe these have contributed to our little miracle.

Be cautious- stopped my cycle
We have been ttc since Christmas 2021 with no luck so I ordered these as I’ve always had fairly irregular periods and long cycles (not irregular enough to be concerned about PCOS) and many women said how they’d helped them with getting their cycle more regular so they could track ovulation more accurately. When they arrived, the first thing I noticed was the smell. I can’t describe it! But it was awful, it was so potent that you could taste the flavour of them before you put them in your mouth. They’re quite big pills but the coating on the outside makes them very easy to swallow so I had no trouble with that- other than the smell! Started ovulation tracking as normal and everything seemed fine. My cycle is usually around 35 days long with ovulation around day 22 but it can vary by ~5 days either side. As I was using ovulation test strips I was surprised to find that day 22 came and went and I was still not getting a positive reading. I had a slightly higher ratio (0.8) so assumed that that must have been ovulation and then proceeded to start my 2ww. By day 35 my period had not come and I was starting to get my hopes up. I had some early pregnancy symptoms but could well have been confirmation bias. By day 40 I was still testing negative I was now worried and so stopped taking the pills to see if that would have any effect. A week later I happened to notice egg white discharge so took an ovulation test and sure enough it was positive. Unfortunately I think I missed the window as my period finally came on day 53. The other thing I’m thinking could have happened is that the follicle was just too old at that point and any chance of conception was small as it had been waiting for so long. I’m pretty certain taking the pills just put my cycle on hold as it seemed to shift everything back 3 weeks which was about the length of time I was taking them for (didn’t finish the tub). This was obviously very frustrating as every month matters when ttc! It is now the next month and I waited to write my review as I wanted to check that my cycle would go back to normal and it has. Ovulated on day 21 and my period has just started on day 34 so I’m almost certain it was these pills. Now reading other reviews, I’m annoyed I didn’t listen to them and didn’t try this. I certainly won’t be taking them again and advise women to be cautious before trying them!

Will update
I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for 8 years on and off. I'm waiting for IVF but theres a 24 month waiting list due to the pandemic so I thought I'd give the conceive plus range a go, so I'm taking the ladies conceive plus tablets, my partner is taking the mens version and we also have the conceive plus lubricant as well. The tablets are ok to sallow and don't have any taste. You have to take them after you've had a big meal and with a lot of water. I started taking them 13/03/2021. The bottles say to allow 90 days to fully work, so we'll wait and see what happens. I'll update this review either way - FINGERS CROSSED! FIRST UPDATE - I agree with other reviews that the first 4 days that I took these tablets after tea, I did feel very uncomfortable, but no pain at all. Just felt very bloated, even though I wasn't. Other than that, everything is good so far. CD8, had a "high" ovulation test already, continuing to test AM and PM each day. I'm pretty regular, so should have a peak test on the 3rd April so the next update will be around the 18th :) SECOND UPDATE - Although I'm not pregnant (yet!), I did have multiple very faint positive tests around 7-11 days past ovulation.... I have NEVER had a positive tests before in 8 years of trying so this is a huge thing for me!! Unfortunately this turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. My period arrived today, 2 days ahead of schedule. The weirdest thing is, every month the day before my period arrives I get cystic acne all over my face (thanks to my pcos), but this month I haven't had any acne at all. I'm starting to take Myo Inositol along with Conceive Plus today. I'll give another update next month. THIRD UPDATE - after my chemical pregnancy last cycle (the first cycle using these), it completely messed up this cycle - I finally ovulated on the 6th May (CD22), rather than my normal CD13 - so we're in the two week wait now.... I'll be honest. I'm not feeling too hopefully, but next update will be around the 16th May :) LAST UPDATE - I got pregnant using these with Clomid and currently have a 2 month old - will be using these again when I come to trying again in the future!!!!!

Twice helped me conceive!
I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I should this time! I first found out about these supplements early last year when we were deciding to try for baby 2. A woman I follow on instagram used them and the premom app/easy@home ovulation test to help her conceive her baby after going through infertility. I began tracking my ovulation mid January/February and soon noticed i have a short luteal phase which doctor google said would make conceiving more difficult.. and after having so many miscarriages in the past before having my first child that’s when I thought I’d give these supplements a try. after checking out the reviews naturally I was sceptical but after only taking them for less that a month, I got a positive pregnancy test 9 days after I ovulated!! 9 months later my 2nd baby arrived! Fast forward to now, we’ve been debating when is the right time for baby 3 (potentially final baby).. im 9 months postpartum now, but figured I would start back taking these supplements just to help regulate my hormones better. I started taking them at the end of July on day 2 of my cycle, so it’s been less than a month of taking them and today at 8 days past ovulation I’ve just gotten 2 positive pregnancy tests!! I know we’re all different and what works for some may not work for others, but I do really think these have helped me. I have felt very different this cycle to what I do every other time so I do genuinely believe these have something to do with it! They might be a little pricier but I certainly am happy to pay the price considering they have worked for me😊
