It's actually absolutely brilliant, no nausea
Got my pills yesterday afternoon. It says on the label to take one tablet three times daily.I took *one* at about 4 pm yesterday to check them out. It's 5:38 AM now and I'm still wide awake.THREE times a day??????? Were you testing these on elephants???????????Other than that it works as suggested. It's actually absolutely brilliant, no nausea, no crash like with coffee or red bull, I just feel super-lucid, focused and (unfortunately) still awake. I'll try taking half a tablet to start with every morning and see how that goes. But no more for now and definitely no later than morning.I've done some additional research on Maca root - as you can imagine I've had some time to spare...while it's pretty much all that it promises with negligible side-effects, there is the issue of potential insomnia and sleep pattern loss in some people and also it may grow hair on your face and elsewhere if used regularly, ***due to the fact that it increases levels of testosterone both in men and women.***Now, I'm a man so I don't care:-) But I've come across a comment from an unfortunate lady that has reported the issue and obviously those hairs, once there, won't easily go away.The latter is in my opinion potentially a pretty big side effect, especially for women, so some additional clarification and sincerity about these issues would be welcome, despite the fact that it might not cause serious health issues.
