I have been using this for a few weeks, and it is truly helping my gut.

The taste is tart, but you only need 1tsp on an empty stomach 3 times a day. Definitely worth the second of the tart taste.

Trace Minerals brand Gut Support tastes aweful and gives me terrible gas in my gut. This is exactly what it is not supposed to do! And it tastes like vinegar but worse. Unfortunately I didn't open the bottle until my bottle of ION brand gut support was used up and that made it past my window for returns. A big fat mistake. ION costs more but it is a far superior product. You can feel it working as soon as it hits your gut. Please Save your belly and buy directly from ION.

It has promoted my gut health to where I feel much better! I believe in the idea that your gut is your second brain and feel this item supports gut health completely.

Update: Jan 2024I think the bottle sent to me was missing the lid to dispense the liquid in drops. Mine was a wide mouth about the size of a mouth wash bottle. I used my own dropper to dose out each serving. After a month of using it every or every other day, I still had trouble with bloating, gas, and the satanic odor that emanates from stomach acids that will clear a room quicker than pepper spray.I do take TM's liquid magnesium frequently and find that it works for me, so I was surprised that this didn't. Maybe it has more to do with my biochemical makeover. What ended up working for me was apple cider vinegar, specifically in capsule form. Since I began taking it I haven't had sour stomach once.* * *Original Review: Dec 2023Why the widemouth bottle?When the serving size is between 1/8tsp and 1tsp, why is the mouth of the bottle wider than a soda bottle? Other liquid products from Trace Minerals have either a top that serves by the drop or the bottle includes a dropper.I'm still hopeful that based on other reviews this will help with my acid reflux. If it does, I'll increase my rating by a star. But with a bottle this large, I'm going to have to buy an empty bottle that has a dropper to avoid spilling (which I've already done). Because of poor design, I lose money twice: first in spilling the product, then in having to purchase another vessel to keep it in that can adequately dispense it. So the $30 I spent on this one bottle has increased. It might sound nitpicky but when you're paying $30 for 8oz of liquid, every drop is valuable.TM, I love you. This just seems such a bone-headed oversight from a company that comes across as well-thought out. Please fix this.
