We have been taking this product for 2 Months and have both noticed significant improvements. We are both in our 70s and have been suffering stiffness in our joints for years now. The arthritic symptoms have improved a lot. I have a problem with both Knees and have had to wear knee supports each day for a while now but having taken these for 2 Months I no longer need the knee supports and can walk pain free and no longer take pain killers. The one thing I would say is be prepared to give these time (6 to 8 weeks) initially we took 2 a day for a week then 1 a day.

Very good at reducing inflammation in my rotator cuff injury, would be even better if I did the exercises but there is a noticeable improvement since taking the tablets. Another thing I wasn't expecting was it helped my type 2 diabetes which was a surprise. Doctor was surprised as well with my improvement. Forgot to tell him this time but will tell him next time I have been taking the turmeric tablets. Went from 72 (not so good) to 59 which is fairly good control. If you have diabetes type 2 or any kind of inflammation, I would try this product out for a few months. See if it helps.

I bought these when I managed to "strain" tendons in both my arms (I have been told I have Tennis Elbow - not played since I was at school?!?!), and as an alternative to taking Ibuprofen every day, or having Steroid injections. If I am honest, I cannot say whether they have worked or not?; I was told that recovery could take from two weeks to six months ... and it has now been about four months and, although not 100% pain free, I am almost there. So I guess I will never know?However, I thought I would write in response to questions about side effects, and am happy to say I have experienced none, nor any weight loss or gain. And, I am continuing to take them, along with making "Golden Milk" (look it up on the web) since, at the age of 56, I do notice various joint, back, muscle issues and anything (natural) that "might" help has to be a good thing?One point though ... someone said "easy to swallow"(?) ... these are (in my opinion) huge and I do not find them easy to swallow ... but maybe I am just a wimp?

My brother,my wife and myself started taking Turmeric with Curcumin a couple of months ago. The results have been amazing. My wife was taking Ibuprofen tablets a couple of times a day but not anymore.My brother wore strapping on both knees but not now,and myself, my knee seemed to be swollen all the time the pain unbearable, living with ice packs and painkillers and now barely any pain and no ice packs.I also suffered with terrible neck and shoulder pain.My GP said that the pain was the result of wear and tear, but I am now pain free,We all have great confidence inTurmeric and Curcumin,It's not a coincidence that we all have benefited,it's just amazing.

Works just as the hyp says. It's a more effective anti-inflammatory than ibuprofen. Doesn't destroy the mucous membrane in your stomach. More energy less aches and pains. Will continue daily dose for ever.

Been taking this since end November to supplement effect of glucosamine mix tablets, & I think it is just having an effect now, (having increased the dose to 2 a day for a week),as my joints feel looser & less clicky. So the supply will only last half as long as I hoped.

Took the capsules twice a day as my toenail was detached from its bed. It really helped the inflammation to recede. However, after a week, I suffered a heavy diarrhoea. As of today, I cut this product completely. I am not sure how I will recover from my diarrhoea but I am still grateful for the turmeric capsules my toenail is no longer sore.
