No, don't wash your hands. Let it seep into your skin. It is a concentrated cream so it will need to be rubbed in gently. I apply before bed, that gives it time to soak in for maximum benefit.

Will this cure and prevent bad hacks on my hands ? Tia

I really. Oils to say as I don't have hacks. I find this is an excellent hand team but when my hands get day and sometimes red and stingy in the winter time this is very good. However I would also use Aloe Vera to cure the stinging. I use this Neutrongena every night when I'm going to bed to help keep my cuticles in good condition. For hacks I highly recommend lots of Aloe Vera regularly.
