12v 2A power supplies for home electrical use and at a great price
Excellent value 12v 2A power supply. Switching power supply works well between 230-260V AC mains input voltages I've had to use it on and under a 2 Amp load at 240V (UK Mains) each held a steady 12.04V with negligible variation - we have an erratic mains supply (mains voltage here can run up to 255V AC for days at a time before dropping to 230V AC) so I need PSUs that can handle being overloaded by over 5% without giving up. I'm using the pair I bought as the PSUs for two LaCie v2Quadra External Disk drives and these power supplies put out virtually no heat whatsoever while the disks are being used. They've proven themselves to be noiseless and reliable. I've not disassembled them to see whether there is physical segregation between the high voltage AC circuitry and the 12V DC circuit or whether it's all on one board - but so far they've proven themselves more than adequate for my home use.

Works fine, blue light!
Got this to replace the European 12v adapter on DUNI electric candle charging tray, as the previous arrangement using a euro -> UK travel adapter was bulky and unstable.This power supply works fine and does not seem to get hot.It does have quite a bright blue LED, which might be annoying in a bedroom or location where you need it to be dark, but you can cover this up with black tape.

Powers my cctv and led lights
This is a standard plug for supplying cctv cameras with power. Works without any issues. Does not get hot during operation and it’s on 24/7. I’ve used it also for powering led lights both of which work fine. The multitude is a huge plus!

Not much to say, it works but there is a low level him when in use. Not unusual with transformers but it is very audible compared to others I have.
