CasioG-Shock Men's Watch GA-100CF

Bought this on a nostalgic whim. My sister and I both used to wear nothing BUT G-Shocks during our youth.She is a fancy-pants Tag Heuer watch wearer nowadays, whereas i have, up until now, just made do with the cheap £15 casios due to the nature of my work.I'm glad i bought this, it brings back nice memories. They are still a bit complicated to set up, and the illumination light on this is nowhere near perfect ( usable, just awkward) but i reckon i this could take a fair bit of abuse before it conks out, if my childhood skateboarding memory's serve me faithfully.All in all, nice watch, the camo looks dope, its big but not stupid big. Just a nice throwback timepiece for me.

I liked all the features. Setting up was complex but not that difficult once the manual was studied.It works perfectly and like all the Casio watches I have owned it is a very accurate timepiece.I would have liked a luminous clock face since gauging the time in the early hours without the glasses on or lighting is difficult. With perfect vision probably not a problem.The battery life on my other Casio watches was excellent and I am hoping this is similar, unlike the Invicta watch I previously purchased where the battery expired just outside the warranty period. If you inquire of them how much to change battery and seals they refuse to give you a quote and insist on the watch being sent to them and examined for when the will give a figure. Needless to say it sounds a bit of a rip-off and I am sure a high street jeweller would do it for a few pounds.

Bought this very recently. Trendy watch and definitely a head-turner. the very next day, I had to travel to india for holiday and I noticed people looking at my hand (watch). I keep wearing this one for my Executive MBA classes.Well made, solid. Fits comfortably and looks very trendy. Worth the money. 100% recommend.

This is a great watch for the money. it has every function that I wanted, dial big enough to see without my reading glasses, waterproof suitable for diving, multiple alarms, hourly indicator, day and date and digital and analogue time. The only slight draw back is that the digital part is difficult to read if not in really good daylight and the light does not show it up. The analogue is always clear though. I am very pleased with it.

I have been thinking about buying a G-Shock watch for months. This was my 1st one and purchased it after looking and reading about different models for months. I decided to buy this one. Watch looks very nice. I even wear it when I am in my suit. I sleep wearing it. Washed my hands a lot of times with watch on. Now you are wondering why am I giving 4 stars if I love this watch. The reason is, the digital watch is useless in Dark. It has a light but no backlit which I forgot to check and it has affected me a lot. Sometimes I wake up at night and check the time. I can see the time by pressing old time digital watch light in the watch. A little bulb kind light it shows me Analoguewatch but cannot see the date etc or digital part as it it is not visible in Darkness. I am surprised Casio still makes watches without Backlit? In my opinion Casio made this a perfect watch except messed up when it comes to Backlit. Delivery was fairly quick. Excellent packaging with Casio Metal Case. I love this watch but would have loved it a lot more if this had Backlit. Soon I will bra other G-Shock but I will make sure it has backlit.

I bought this for my husband, I hope that he likes it as much as I do! I love baby G and G shock watches, they always last a lifetime, has great features and are very good looking. I'll keep buying this brand its great value for what they cost. The delivery was super fast even though I used the free delivery from Amazon which it was great. The watch its not too big or too small, I also love the background camo pattern, great design!

My husband loves G Shock watches. I love them too as they withstand his creating in the garage....his forgetting to remove his watch before showering.....his dropping his watch...his sitting on it....in fact pretty much everything he throws at it. This is the third one I've bought him over twenty years. The strap broke on the last one. This is very stylish and he loves the backlight and the easy read date dials, you get all the usual G Shock protection with a classy look. It was a very well received Xmas gift
