IBD Dehydrate .5 oz

I have used IBD for a few years. I am happy with this line of products

I used to have an IBD Dehydrator before, but this one is different! When it came the bottle had no seal on top! Smells like cheap regular nail polish remover liquid as like somebody replaced the content (which is possible due to no seal at all😠. The old one I had smelled differently and was feeling like a real dehydrator, but not this one. I’ve tried to return it (bought as Prime one), but it’s not available for returning to Amazon due to it’s flammable properties. Now I am left with an item I have no intention to use. What a waste! Not happy ☹️
