Husband caught about 6 fish over the span of a couple days at a SC beach. Ended up getting caught on the rocks and ripping unrepairably. Don't think that was a quality issue. Just real rough ocean waves.

Didn’t really think it would be a good quality but it was a good purchase. Held up just fine, even when big fish get caught in it.

The net opens on every cast, lighter weight than my 6 ft lead weights, so my accuracy and distance were better. It does not sink as fast as my lead-weighted so lots of bait went under the net in deep water(6 - 10 ft) The 3/8 mesh is okay for some baitfish but most of the small mullet, and shrimp went straight through the net. Many of the 3 -4 inch mullet were 1/2 way through when I pulled it in. I've been casting cast nets for over 40 years this was the easiest casting net. Last was the top plastic ring came apart after using it 30 - 40 cast, it did reassemble but should have been glued better and it ripped as soon as it hit a clam shell.

Bought as a birthday gift for my dad. It works amazing and he has thoroughly enjoyed this. Brought home a ton of shrimp

Always catch bait fish with this net. Even might catch something chasing the bait fish while your at it. Hard to learn the throw but easy once you figure it out.
