Smatree SmaCase G160 Carrying Case for GoPro Hero 2018, GoPro Hero 7/6/5/4/3/2/1 and DJI OSMO Action (Camera and Accessories Not Included)

I was in desperate need of a case to house my Go Pro Hero 3 Black camera and the numerous accessories I had for it as well. I have had previous smatree accessories and have always had fantastic value for money and the customer service is second to none should you have any issues. I knew I wanted a case that was strong enough to withstand bumps and crushes that might occur in my suitcase or hand luggage when traveling abroad. I narrowed the search down to a few options and finally decided on this one. The exterior is a semi hard shell whilst the inside consists of a soft lining and a foam bed with a series of cut outs already in place for your camera and accessories. I store my camera along with several back up batteries, backpack LCD screen, floaty backpack and change of housing back doors dependant on the environment I am shooting in and several cables and mountings in this case. All accessories fit snuggly in the foam which has been cut to fit exactly with genuine Go Pro components. Above the many fitment bed is a soft zipped mesh compartment in which you can store all your irregular shaped items, cables, SD cards and screen cloths or sprays you may have.There is a sturdy handle attached for portability and the whole texture of the exterior is rough to ensure the case does not slide about when placed on a surface such as a table or wall whilst you shoot your footage. A small snap lock clip is provided allowing you to quickly clip the case to a rucksack or utility belt. I decided to change this for a slightly larger one to give me the peace of mind it wouldn’t drop off when climbing but the original may well be more than adequate. The size of the case is a perfect fit for a regular sized backpack and there is no space wasted which is important if you are out trekking. The two rubberised zips have great grip in wet conditions allowing you to open the case without issue and seem strong enough to last numerous uses.

very good case - hard shell and the lid side is deeper than you initially think. allowing for more bulky items to be stored inside. the foam inserts were supplied so you can add/remove them as required.I'd say this case is ideal for a standard gopro & accesories but once you've got a small number of additional accessories this case will quickly become undersized. It just about fits the Rode Videomic Compact with dead kitten installed on the left side of case. in hindsight i should of opted for the next size up. Not much room remains for mounts etc.I bought the Smatree 2 battery packs & 3port charger a few weeks ago which I was impressed with the quality. Same brand here and also good quality product so can recommend both the Smatree brand and this item.

Nice looking and compact,as a starter camera bag for minimum kit .. ie camera, 2 batteries and charger wrist mount and the conections that come with your gopro and probably a remote with all leads in the zipped compartment this should do, anything more then go bigger.I am still waiting on a gopro charger with spare battery making a total of 2 spares, wrist mount, filter, before trying to put it all inside i will update this when i recieved everything, not taken the gopro 4 out of its original packaging yet.once everything has arrived and tried putting it all inside i will update this review to see if it can take more item'sThis is an excellent carry case, and i will probably give it 5***** At a later date with a better look after seeing how much it will actually hold.

Great for DJI OSmo Action 3, battery pack, small clamp, suction clamp and thencharging lead and SD card holder in the little zipped pocket.Great bit of kit.

I'm new to Go Pro technology and this case was my first attempt at something to look after all the bits and pieces.I have to say that the construction is great, everything is held nice and snug and I have little to worry about regarding the safety and integrity of my precious goods.Obviously as I acquire more accessories and perhaps even another go-pro I'll no doubt upgrade to a larger version from the same company - it really is that good and well thought out.Well worth the money.

Being new to GoPro I wanted something high quality to hold my camera, great build quality and looks like it could withstand some harsh treatment inside a backpack and still hold its shape and protect the camera really well. Not a massive case but perfect for holding your camera and a few other things like batteries and other smaller accessories. If you want to hold more than the essentials then maybe a bigger case is for you but this size is absolutely brilliant. Smatree products all come in great packaging and are really designed well, will definitely be buying smatree products for everything to do with my GoPro from now on.

With so many cases available it can be pretty overwhelming picking one! HOWEVER, don't be tempted to go for a cheaper case which looks similar to this excellent Smatree case. I'll tell you why...First off, the Smatree is built solidly, with sturdy zips and just overall quality you can "feel". The additional storage on the underside of the lid is also zipped - on many of the cheaper cases this isn't, meaning your additional bits could come out and knock about. The foam insert is thick and protective, the mesh is soft and substantial and you can fit a surprising amount in this case.Highly recommended!

I bought G360 and then the G160. I was expecting the G360 case to fit most of my gopro stuff, it didn't and I ended up buying the G160 too!The case is a good solid design, BUT, the foam insert is useless. The pre-cut shapes don't fit the gopro at all, I have binned both foam inserts in both cases and have separated my kit between the two cases. I guess its ok to help protect the kit and camera and keep everything together.i am still looking for another option as I am not convinced that this is the best way to store my kit, maybe a soft zip bag would do a better job!

für meine DJO OA gekauft,es passt alles rein was man so braucht, mehrere Akkus, das Würfelladegerät, ein paar kleine Halterungen,und es greift sich super an und ich hab jedesmal Freude, wenn ich es aus dem Kasten nehme,durch das Flashblau weiß ich auch sofort, was drin ist!

DJI Osmo action purtroppo non arriva con un case.Ho comprato questo ECONOMICO e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.Ha sagomato al suo interno la possibilità di inserire il tutto con accessori.Soddisfatto dell'acquisto , 5 stelle meritate !

Housse pour action cam conforme à mes attentes. Paraît solide. A voir sur la distance.

Llegó en la fecha estimada. El embalaje perfecto y el material del producto resistente y de buena calidad. Trae un pequeño mosquetón para poder colgar el maletín de alguna mochila y tiene dos cremalleras de cierre, ara facilitar la direccion a la hora de abrir o cerrar la maleta.Dentro tiene una rejilla también con cremallera, genial para meter cables y otros elementos. La espuma es tal cual en la foto, con esos compartimentos, que son geniales y protege muy bien el equipo. Es más, vienen los huecos cubiertos también por espuma y tu decides que hueco quieres darle uso y cual quieres que permanezca tapado. Trae la maletita un asa para transportarlo.Estoy muy muy contenta.
