Do you lose weight from them ?

Not that I am aware of. They are NOT a weight control tablet, just a food supplement in the way that they provide additional iron and minerals for health. They are also reputed to help clear residual chemicals from the liver and kidneys, the sort of chemicals that can build up when taking regular medication. Hope this helps.

How do you take these I.e dosage?

General recommendation is between 4-10 pills a day. You can start with around 4 pills a day and than increase the dosage to around 8-10 pills a day on how you feel.
