Hello Valentina, Option 1 : Gently massage the Gel in to the hair and scalp and leave it for atleast 30 min before having shower with your regular Shampoo and Conditioner.Option 2 : You can mix Aloe Vera Gel to your Shampoo and Conditioner and use it as normal.The Gel works great for itchy scalp and dandruff and it will leave a smooth and shiny look to your hair.
