Argan Oil From Morocco Moisture & Shine Sulfate-Free Shampoo, 354 ml

I don’t know my hair type but it’s kinky curly. Nevertheless, this is suitable for ALL hair types as it smells lovely, not toxic, cleans hair and leaves the hair feeling soft and healthy. I only use this shampoo. Can’t say for all, but I stay away from shampoo with silicone and parabens and sulphate, it’s just not good for you. This shampoo is the only one I’ve been using for years.

For the past year I have been using co-washing (conditioner washing), using cream cleansers or sulfate free shampoos to wash my hair, and this beats all the other shampoos and cream cleansers hands down. I have used; The Body Shop - Rainforest line, Naked Bodycare shampoos, Kera Care First Lather and their Natural Textures Cleansing Cream, Curl Junkie Daily Fix, Jessicurl Cleansing Cream, and Mixed Chicks Sulfate Free Shampoo. None of the above apart from Jessicurl Cleansing Cream - maybe, come any where close. This has a subtle smell reminiscent of their old sulfate free shampoo formula just not as strong, so does not clash with any perfume you may be wearing. This gives quite a rich lather so if you have bought the cosmetics industry hype of the lather cleaning your hair, (or had it indoctrinated into you, even though you know better). Then this fulfils that need for lather. The shampoo is thick and pearl-escent, in texture and appearance, which is gratifying for me, as I have been indoctrinated for over twenty years to beware of clear shampoos, because they will dry your hair out. When I rinse this shampoo through my hair, my hair feels like it has been lightly conditioned and moisturised. I feel confident that I could use this regularly with out it stripping or drying my hair. I love this shampoo and will be purchasing again, I am even going to order some for my sister too. It is worth the extra two pounds delivery cost. I have to say I love the packaging the red, gold and amber yellow as a whole is reminiscent of Moroccan Kasbah's. LOVE IT!

Smells lovely works on my hair feels nice and soft value for money and I have shine

I have been using this shampoo, alongside a famous brand of hair oil, basically to try and bring my aging hair up to scratch. I have fine flyaway hair, chin length hair, probably 50% grey now, and regularly coloured. It appeares to be thinning and breaking way too much for my liking so I thought I would attempt to inject some moisture and life back into my hair. I was doing well with the oil, using it on the ends when they felt brittle and flyaway, and on wet hair after shampooing and this was definitely restoring its condition. Then I noticed this shampoo on Amazon and thought I would give it a go as it was affordable enough to try it out in conjuction with the hair oil. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I think I like it. As other reviews have stated, as it is sulphate free it takes some effort to work up a lather (might be even harder if you have really long hair) but it leaves my hair so soft after rinsing that I do not need conditioner, I can just work my fingers through my hair. That alone is amazing as I was left with a birds nest with normal shampoos and conditioner was a necessity. What I really have noticed is that my hair appears fuller, thicker and much less static than normal, with less of a tendency to 'take off' in the slightest breeze. On the other hand it is taking me a lot longer to dry and style my hair after washing, as If there is a lot of product in it but my hair appears improved(I have had compliments) and it doesn't feel 'claggy' so, on the whole I think I like it and will continue with it. I have now ordered my second bottle as I dont want to run out.

The only shampoo that I believe I will ever use, after experimenting on dozens over the years, from various known brands and high end products. This shampoo is extremely moisturising, for my 4b natural hair. My hair feels revitalised and not stripped,in comparison to other shampoos. Considering the price, it is definitely a ‘yes’ go to product for me. Follow it with your favourite conditioner, then some oil on freshly washed wet hair, then leave it to dry, and your hair will feel like silk. I always get compliments on how silky and shiny my hair is. I can confirm that this shampoo is the reason why my hair looks so good, incorporated with my basic hair regime, (shampoo, conditioner, oil on wet hair). I have tested other shampoos, which have all failed to produce the same results. This product is to death do us part.

The best one

I have recently chopped off all my hair and made the decision to go natural. I have done this a couple of times before so I know the importance of having the correct products for my hair type and individual needs. I have very thirsty type 4a coily springy hair and as such, require hair products that provide A LOT of moisture and do not strip the natural oils from my hair. I usually opt for Giovanni Smooth As Silk Deep Moisture Shampoo as I know it works for me and I tend to stick with what I know. However, I was finding it difficult to locate the specific Giovanni shampoo that I wanted, for a reasonable price, so decided to give the Creme Of Nature Argan Oil Shampoo a try. This is a really good shampoo! It's relatively cheap, smells great and is sulphate free. The only issue I have is that this feels more like a clarifying shampoo than a shampoo that adds moisture and shine whilst hydrating the hair. When I use this product my hair feels really really clean. I can tell that all the residue from all the oils and moisturising butters that I've been using have been removed from each and every strand. This is a problem for me as my hair is so so so dry that i need all the oils and moisture I can get! I shampoo my hair once a week and use a clarifying shampoo once a month just to get all the build up off my scalp. I find this shampoo too harsh for my weekly washes so have decided to use this as my monthly clarifying shampoo. I've recently been to America and stocked up on my beloved Giovanni Smooth As Silk Deep Moisture which will be taking its rightful place as my weekly shampoo.

It smells good, my hair stays soft, but I have to wash it more often, it gets greasy faster than the shampoo I usually use. Of course, it's not a problem...
