Did nothing really. its better for the other version of depression, the non anxiety one, not the 5ht2a one.

I haven't found any other supplement with similar high EPA and DHA content per softgel. They don't smell and don't cause fishy burps, like some other softgels do.

The product had a very bad smell & is looking very dark yellow (dull yellow color). the bottle has no expiry date.

I've been using this product for a couple of years now, and find it very beneficial. I use it to improve my general health and find it works.
