Extra Strength is more effective than regular strength.
Have used the regular strength for quit some time - several times a day. Decided to try the Extra Strength - Excellent! I use it less frequent and when I do the result is better. I will stick with the Extra Strength.

Dump the drug nasal sprays
This really helped kick the very addictive (really) habit of using nasal spray. After a while, it does no good (the nasal spray). This stuff cleans out mucus fast. Lay back, take it in. Breathe again

good for extreme sinus congestion
This stuff really clears up stubborn head and nose congestion and sinus problems. I've been using the equate version of their daily mist, and a cold front brought in some odd congestion issues I've been fighting for a week now. I got this at Walmart initially and was using it as it stated for nasal irrigation as the daily kind does, and the extra strength definitely helps more on stubbon sinus pressure and backups, especially following their nasal irrigation instructions. I stopped needing the decongestant meds and it cleared it up much more effectively and faster. Definitely keeping some for winter.

Best product for constant use
I love the very long nozzle on this brand. It really reaches up between the eyes where my nasal passages like to swell shut. The extra strong saline really works about as well as very strong chemical nose sprays and has none of the side effects.

Quality and safety
This was the worst order I ever had the product did not have an expiration date on it all the protective ceiling was peeling off it should have had a protective seal on it it was all peeling off no expiration date so it was tampered with.
