This is the second one of these shavers that I've owned. The first one was purchased in 2018 and did a great job, I was really pleased with it. Unfortunately I appear to have left it at work when I retired so I decided to order a new one to replace it. The shaver was ordered on 30/12/2022, I think it was delivered the next day. Initially it operated as expected. From mid May when recharging the battery instead of indicating that the battery was fully charged it would only reach two bars. The charge would also discharge very quickly. This is clearly unacceptable for a shaver that is less than six months old. I got in touch with Amazon who sent me a link to contact the seller, I filled in the form outlining the problem. This was over a week ago, I am yet to have a reply. There was a follow up from Amazon asking for feedback. All they asked was whether I had been contacted by the seller and if the contact details were correct. Very disappointed, Amazon you've taken my money and appear to be ignoring your legal obligations through a complaints procedure where only questions and problems from a drop down menu can be addressed, you appear to ignore feedback that tells you that the seller you asked a customer to contact is ignoring the customer. I would like the shaver replacing Amazon, are you going to do it?Well it's now a few days later and Amazon have now replaced it . Thank-you. Allis now well.

I've been using this shaver for a few weeks now, and I like it, it's a very good product! It gives me a close, comfortable shave every time, and it's very easy to use. I also appreciate the long battery life, so I don't have to worry about it running out of power in the middle of a shave.I had a small issue with the shaver a few days ago, and I contacted customer support. They were very helpful and responsive, and they quickly resolved the issue. I was very impressed, 5 stars!

I have bought two of these to use as lightweight travel shavers. Wasn’t sure what to expect but have been delighted. It gives a really good shave (better than much more expensive shavers I have at home), battery life is good, and the extra attachments are surprisingly useful too. Highly recommend - good product and good value for money.

I purchased this product on 31st January 2022 based on the number of good reviews. The shaver has been very good until today, when the spring clip broke. I clean my shaver every 2 months but today the plastic lug that holds the spring clip in place has broken off, on one side, and the shaver is now completely unusable. Very disappointed as my previous (Phillips) shaver lasted well over 8 years.Update : After contacting the seller about the problem they sent me a new shaver head within 3 days. The new head looks to be better quality hence change of rating from 1 start to 4.

I'm very happy with this razor, it gives a lose shave and the battery takes a long time to run down. I would most certainly buy again.

This shaver gave me a good close shave - possibly better than the Philips I had before. Battery life was reasonable giving me about a week of shaving daily on one charge. However, after just over a year the battery stopped charging. I think the fault is either with the electrics or the connector which is a mini USB style affair. I've fiddled with it and cleaned it with compressed air but no joy. I tried a different cable and charging plug too. All to no avail. It won't charge anymore.*** UPDATE: Seller has contacted me and provided me with a replacement unit. It seems the shaver is guaranteed for 15 months not 12 as I'd assumed. So I have upgraded my score to 4 stars for the excellent customer service and will see how the replacement does over the next year. Perhaps I was unlucky with the first one. If so in a years time I will update here to reflect that.

The razor was working ok (nothing special but done the job), until one day I pressed the button to open the top, and it broke. The tiny bit of plastic that keeps the head down completely snapped. I don’t know how because I pressed the button lightly. Now I have to tape it shut, which makes cleaning it out a right hassle.EDIT: Ok credit where it’s due. When the company saw my review they immediately got in touch to send me a replacement. 👏🏻👏🏻

I've always bought Phillips shavers in the past but when I saw this shaver that looked like a Phillips shaver at under half the price I thought I might as well try it. And I'm glad I did. It gives a great shave.
