This fit very well in my waterfall-backed riser recliner chair...I havnt used the tabs to fasten it on but I have it ain the back of the seating area of it under a large throw that's on the chair and it has stayed put! In the pictures on the site it looked to me like it would be too small for a recliner, but it actually fits very nicely...as for the support it gives to my prolapsed discs and double scoliosis, particularly painful from the waist down, it is absolutely superb! It is very firm but moulds around your shape to support it, and on top of the throw I also use an electric heat pad which enhances pain relief...honestly , if you are in pain from the waist down, this is 👏 brilliant!!. Back pain is horrid, but this takes the pressure off to a good extent and is a lot better than I hoped it would be...I also bought from another supplier a stuffed back cushion with stuffed arm rests for bed and a cup of tea in the morning and it has no support in it like this one has...don't waste your money on something that looks pretty like I did!! Buy this one instead and move it to you upright bed pillows to rest against...its the best of the best that I've found fir pain relief and support and worth the money. Take it from a long standing back sufferer...I've tried plenty, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase this back support cushion again. Bought this as I’m currently off work with sciatica. I use it often. I’m not yet able to drive, but it’s very comfy in the passenger seat. Going to take it with me on upcoming long haul flight. Fingers crossed it’ll help. Great value for money - feels more expensive than it is. Would recommended for anyone with low back pain issues. Has an elastic strap to attach to seats but can be used without as well as it seems to stay in place.

I am a long term back pain/sciatica sufferer and poor posture definitely impacts on my condition. Although my sofa and armchair have a decent lumbar support I do tend to slump occasionally. I researched the best type of lumbar support for my issues and found several physiotherapist recommendations for this style. I am very happy with the product which I've been using for a week. It was initially harder than expected, but within a couple of hours it had moulded to my back and it feels very supportive and comfortable. It stops me from slumping and I've had very little back pain this week which is great. It is also light and portable so I will also use it in the car. The cover is good quality and is made of a nice soft but thick "velour" type material which is removable for washing. Very good follow up from the Seller who messaged me to check if I had received the item on time and they also sent me an ebook containing posture tips. This ebook is actually really good and full of very useful exercises which are well explained. Very pleased with this item and the service from the Seller.

This is a good size and shape for my back and is small enough to be transportable. It is very soft, which is good when on a chair with a hard backrest but not so useful when on a softer chair, like a sofa. The cover is like a velvety-fleece and this, combined with the foam cushion inside it, is very warm when leaning against it. It is providing me some relief from the pain in my back - but I am using it in addition to a larger, firmer back cushion when on the sofa . I wouldn’t sing it’s praises but it’s ok… I hope this helps, if you have back pain and you’re looking for some relief: I’d say it’s worth buying to try it!

Use this in my car since I have the worst back in the world. It gives great support and is comfortable hence it does what’s expected of it.

I spend 8 hrs a day working at my PC. For years I've had lower back pain, but it's got worse in recent months despite using a professional office chair and making sure that my screen was the correct height etc. I've bought several lumbar support things over the years but none made a difference.This lumbar support pillow as amazing, it is comfy, stays in place on the chair whether you're leaning back on chair in a meeting, sitting upright typing at PC or leaning forward to write notes. It doesn't drop off when you stand up, so you don't have to keep adjusting it - once you've got it into a comfy position it'll stay put. It quickly warms your back to relieve back ache and supports lower spine so no more strain/damage. After two weeks of daily use I'm no longer feeling back ache. Looks well made so hopefully it'll last for years coz I'm not planning to ever remove it!

Provides comfortable lower back support whilst driving. Took a little while to get used to the "squishiness" of it (compared to the car seat) which means I roll slightly left and right on corners. I tried using it together with a wedge cushion but that was waaaay too squishy and rolly and really pushed me too far forward and up to the roof. Try one or the other. Both together didn't work for me. Easily adjustable on the seat and a good quality product.

These are excellent... Worth every penny. I purchased both the lumbar support and the seat cushion. To say they are excellent almost feels like an understatement. I don't know how I went without them. Very comfortable and no aches and pains while sitting in them. I bought these specifically due to lower back aches. They certainly do the job. Highly recommended.
