Is this suitable for my bushy owl brows?

While not directly stated in the instructions, I'd recommended not using this particular product on nocturnal birds of prey. Owls, while usually placid creatures, can become quite violent during attempts to shave their brow with Remington products. I'd suggest using a Babyliss or perhaps even a Braun on the foreheads of Strigidae or other carnivorous Aves.

I bought this on 4th March it has been used 4 times it now does'nt work i have tried replacing the battery, can i have a replacement.

You can ask them, if they would change the unit, if it seems to not be working properly

How to empty clean/empty the "tank"? I bought one but I don't see the hair anywhere...

Hi sorry there is no TANK, the hair simply falls on the floor as you use it, or blow your nose after use to remove excess hair.
