Gorilla Tripod DJ Disco PA Speaker Stands With Carry Bag

I purchased these speaker stands for some speakers which I have honestly had since the 90s (they came from Tandy, that’s a clue!). I use them outside for parties once or twice a year now.Before the stands I used to either balance the speakers on furniture or stand them on the floor.This has been a real game-changer after purchasing the pole mounts separately and drilling the bottom of the speakers.I can now mount and position the speakers properly and choose their height which has totally changed the experience when they’re used.The stands are very sturdy and are highly recommended. These have an excellent quality zip carry bag too which allows you to pack the stands up and store safely. I even store speaker cable in the bag too!

I have used these PA speaker stands before. They are not suitable for heavy speakers. If used for up to 12" active PA speakers they are fine.

I would have kept these stands if I didnt need to return my speakers,The stands itself felt sturdy and secure - with speakers on top. They did not feel too wobbly at all. The stands itself are very easy to transport and they come in a carry bag.I would recommend these speaker stands to anyone looking for a pair for a good price.

I bought these five years ago and they have been safely supporting my PA speakers ever since. Recently the thread has started to go on the uppermost bolts. Seeing other reviews I note that other people have had this problem. I contacted Gorilla through their website and this morning two replacement bolts have been delivered. I am impressed, I mean, how many other people offer such no quibble support to a five year old item? Hopefully I am all set for the next five years and I'll be careful to only tighten the bolts to finger tightness. You can buy these with confidence.

For the price, you will not go wrong with these stands.I am using them with a set of alto mix pack 10 pa speakers, each weighing approx 5-6Kg. These are not heavy speakers, so i decided to go with budget stands for this reason. I am not disappointed as the Gorilla Tripod stands are superb.Well packaged the carry bag containing the stands was bubble wrapped inside the box, with each send also bubble wrapped in the bag. Each stand is a standard extendable tripod design with a hand screw tightening method. The main arm also has a hand screw tightening, but also a metal rod on a link to pass through the pre drilled holes to perfectly set the height, provide added weight support so the handscrew doesn't take the full weight brunt. This also means there is no need to over tighten the hand screw, which i have known in the past to be the weak point of cheaper stands such as this. There is a good range of heights that you can mount the speakers which adds to versatility of use.The carry bag has ample space to add my mic stand (if I split it down main stand from the boom arm) in as well which is an added bonus for me. carry handles can be put over shoulder as well as carried hanging and all round good quality.Incidentally, the package was ordered and delivered the very next day despite the estimate delivery being a few days at least. great product and great service.

Phenomenal stands and amazing customer service, end cap was broken on arrival but when I called customer service it took just over 1 minute to get one sent to my door the next day.

Perfect, no issues, strong and sterdy... Solid carry case too...

Am not sure how this manufacturer makes any money as these seem really well made. Have a good case to store them in and will take a decent weight of PA speaker. They re sturdy and really straightforward to assemble. You could easily pay triple the price for a pair from a rival manufacturer and notice no difference. Great product
