trace minerals Mega-Mag, Natural Ionic Magnesium with Trace Minerals, 400 mg, 118 ml

I can only talk from my own personal experience but since taking liquid magnesium I have found a massive shift in my feelings of anxiety and being able to handle new situations. For years (20+) I suffered from anxiety that stopped me going out, I was taking large amounts of time off work (25+ days per year) along with losing out on social events etc.A friend of mine happened to mention I might be deficient in magnesium. I bought some tablets and did see a small improvement it was only when buying this product that I saw a massive change. Been using for 2 years and have had 1 day of work which was not anxiety related. I sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed. I recommend this to all my friends and family. It seems expensive but they often have deals on and the effect is worth paying the extra for the ionic liquid version (I think this absorbs better). I make sure I have at least 2 bottles of this in my cupboard to make sure I never run out. I have 3 pipettes worth in the morning in a glass of water. I drink it quickly as it does have a slightly metallic taste but lasts just a few seconds.A couple of weeks ago I gave a talk to a room full of people I didn't know and thoroughly enjoyed it, something I could never have done just 2 years ago.

I am a huge fan of trace minerals having previously tried Doctor Bergs and had great results but I could'nt find them anywhere in the UK online market and stumbled across Trace mineral research products.My plan was to buy the normal Trace minerals from trace research but there did'nt seem to be much reviews and the ones that were there were a bit hit and miss for my liking.The only product that seemed to have consistent reviews and lots of them was the Mega mag by Trace research so I brought them knowing I did'nt really need the magnesium but the product said it contained trace minerals and that's what I wanted.I tried them for a few days and had better sleep and I just felt better overall but when I gave them to my mum who has suffered for years with arthritis and leg cramps that is when the miracle happened.I gave them to her a day ago and told her to just do 1ml a day which is about 20 drops and that she should spread them out by adding 5 drops into 5 small cups of water throughout the day.Although the instructions tell us we can take up to 4ml i just felt it was a bit too much to start with and I couldnt manage the taste and I know she would'nt be able to either.Well after just one day she messaged me to say that where she would normally have to drag her legs up the stairs she manged to walk up the stairs with no pain. In addition she was gardening for 4 hours and would normally have to take some pain killers to curb the anticipated pain she would get from her hard work but she said she did'nt take them and had no pain.This ladies and gentlmen is just from taking 1ml or for arguments sake 1.5ml of the mega mag.I highly highly recommend this product. On a personal note this is very special and emotional for me. I love my mum and its been hard to see her in so much pain for so many years and not knowing how to help and feeling powerless. To know she is pain free and can start making plans to go to the gym to strenthen her legs makes me so happy.I never planned to buy this supplement for my mum it just found me. Miracles truly do happen :)Ps: I know a lot of people have said it tastes disgusting. While i accept that a higher dosage probably does'nt taste nice it really is'nt that bad guys when you have a lower dosage and spread it out throughout the day. You cant smell any thing from the bottle and it looks like water. You wont taste anything when you put 5 drops in a small cup of water. Please dont be put off by these comments. We cant have everything our way all the time.

This product contains 350 milligram/L lead, I have measured it. If you consume the recommended 1-4ml / day, then you will take in 350-1400 microgram of lead per day (0.35-1.4 milligram/L). The maximum tolerable levels of lead in adults is 250 microgram/day.THIS PRODUCT IS NOT SAFE AND DOESN'T COMPLY WITH UK AND EUROPEAN LAW AND HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM SALES IMMEDIATELY. This probably extends to all other Trace Mineral products as all of them have been created by solar evaporation of the seawater of the Great Salt Lake in Utah which is known to be contaminated with heavy metals, including lead. The matter has to be reported to UK authorities immediately.

I can't go without Mega-Mag, it helps me so much. Not only does it give a good daily source of magnesium, potassium and boron, the chloride also helps as a digestive aid and promotes natural production of stomach acid for those who suffer with low stomach acid (often misdiagnosed as high stomach acid by GP's). I spread out the recommended dose into two and generally take it half an hour before meals alongside around 250ml of fluids. It's something you want to work into slowly if you have never had it, or any magnesium, before as too much in one go has potential to have laxative effects. The recommended 4 full droppers is a bit of a gamble of you're not used to it, or have any kind of gastrointestinal problems. When I first starting using it a few years ago I could barely tolerate 10 single drops. This product is also very clean and not pumped full of unnecessary ingredients often seen in supplemental magnesium.

Dosed my water with this as soon as it arrived. Had my first night without any cramps or restless legs. Am impressed. Tastes ok in water, I added some juice to taste. So far so good. Update..now finished the first bottle. Night leg cramps and restless legs have all but gone. Fibromyalgia and joint pain also dialled back to almost nothing. Stiffness on waking also going. Very impressed with this product. Have ordered next bottle.
