Unable to top up as the number is restricted by Vodaphone. Vodaphone customer services were terrible, rude and cut me off just told me to go to the website which I had already explained was the problem. Had to go through to a different service who told me it would take 24-48hrs to remove restrictions and then to try again. By this time it was too late for the intended use as I wanted to use it at a festival due to limited network coverage on my own network.
