Absolutely perfect!
Some reviewers said that this syrup was too sweet. I didn't find it too sweet. I like my drinks sweet anyway, and I found this just perfect. The aroma and flavour are divine, as others have said. It is more economical than Teisseire coffee syrups that I bought in the past. The Monin pump fits and works perfectly. I have also ordered the chocolate and hazelnut flavours and will be ordering vanilla soon as well. The caramel one I ordered so far doesn't taste artificial flavour or of artificial sweetener at all. The sweetness is very similar of not the same to that of sugar.

Great taste
This stuff is great. A bit pricy but as it’s the cheapest of its like I can’t complain. Have used it for over a year and now have a subscription for regular deliveries.I use it for coffee but also to add to my breakfast plain rolled oats which works great as well. It doesn’t have that weird tang that other sweetener based sugar free stuff has either. Tastes as good as the real sugar stuff and as good if not better than the sugar free stuff that costa use. I throughly recommend getting the pump attachment although to get the last dregs is a small faff. Once down to the bottom cm or two the pump doesn’t work so I decant a couple of inches from a new bottle, use that up until pump stops working and now you can decant the dregs into the new bottle and fit the pump to it with out spillage.

I love this syrup. You'd never know it was sugar free/low sugar. It doesn't leave a nasty taste. You get a full caramel flavour. It's also cheaper than coffee shop prices. Still like to go out for coffee as it's nice but not as often. Especially when I can get a coffee at home just as good.

Sugar Free but not Calorie Free
The overall taste of the syrup is pretty good. It’s nowhere near as syrupy as sugar syrups so you need to be careful when pouring as it’s much more watery In consistency than you might expect. But that doesn’t mean you have to use loads because BOY is it sweet. The recommendation to only use 15ml in a cup is right. Anything more is overpowering. Which means a 1 litre bottle goes a long way.If you’re hoping that this sugar free syrup will be kind to your waistline, think again. This isn’t a diet cola. A 1 litre bottle still has over 900 calories in it, presumably due to the glycerine In the recipe. It’s sugar free not calorie free, so use with care.

I hate all sweetners they are revolting but I just can't give sugar up in coffee, I had tried this at work and found it smashing. If you use too much its hideously sweet, but a teaspoonful is great. This IS sugar free but has a terrific taste. Its a bit pricy, but a bottle is going to last a long time.

Very sweet caramel flavour. Yum!
This product is a lovely caramel flavour - even better is that it is sugar free! It is very very sweet and has a strong flavour, so I recommend using a small amount, which will go a long way. I particularly like using it instead of a dessert after my evening meal. I have also bought a syrup dispenser to use with it, so that I can easily measure a dose to put in my coffee.It is possible you could use this syrup to flavour products such as ice cream, as a topping, although it is very runny and there are probably more suitable alternatives that you can be bought.

Extremely sweet but still good
Brought the syrup for coffee. Its great and doesnt have a chemical taste like the others but...it is sweet as hell. Despite it saying its "sugar free" a drop of this will have you in a sugar coma. No more than the tinnest drop for that taste of caramel in your coffees! This however has been a great substitute to actual sugar because of how strong it is!

WOW JUST WOW
got to admit when i recived it couldnt resist trying a bit on a spoon its AMAZIIING, i was expecting like thick syrup for some reson and this is wuite thin consisently but thats what i need as i add it to coffees and that so it makes it so much easier to mix like i dont even have to mix really. the consistency doesnt even matter tho cos the taste of this s amazing. isaw a review saying it tasted artifical before i purcahsed it and WHAT THE?? its the nicest tasting thing ever, not artifical at all, defo a fake review that one cos its not artifical at all. its what dreams are made of!!
