Where is this product made? the listing says "china" but the picture says "made in great britain". which one?

My bottle says Made in Great Britain. No where does it say anything about China. Mine came from Rimmer Bros. in England. This stuff is really great. Worth every penny.

Will the vinyl cleaner remove the stickness from the vinyl's exposure to heat and UV rays?

While I do not know for sure, I would doubt it would remove stickiness.

is this similar to armorall?

Yes, its similar to armorall to clean the vinyl and rubber in your car. However it does not make it shine. I used this on a dark blue 11 year old crv and it made it look like new. You have to repeat about every 4 months to make it dark and shiny
