why are you selling the 200g, 140z and the 16oz in almost the same price? Are they in different form or all in powder?

Hi, they are all different coagulants and they all cost different to produce. The 200g GDL is granulated, the 14oz Calcium is a powder and the 16oz Nigari is a flake. I try to sell at a affordable price range, so those are the measurements that worked with the price. I hope that answer your question. Thank you!

how many gram of soybean needed to make 1L soy milk for tofu

Hi, try using around 150g (dry weight) of soybeans. Sorry I’m not exactly sure because we make on a large scale but I tried to ratio it down for you. I hope that helps! Thank you!
